I had my Vintage Omega and Rolex serviced in Time Tec . Just picked them up yesterday. Both watches were damaged during the service!
The Omega had a big piece of lume scratched off on the minute hand. The Rolex had some glue left on the dial, in the center area.
The watch maker is not able to install parts like crystal, hands were pre fited. He claimed they are not original. Even though I have been using the brands for years.
For the scratchs on hands and dial are permanent damages. I felt very Terrible, and sorry, regreting deeply to have have the service.
Will not recommend this business and will not come again!

I brought my watch to Time-Tec for a simple repair and received an outrageous quote of $795 for what they claimed was a full overhaul, including unnecessary parts and labor. They even said the case back was jammed and the movement needed maintenance. However, I was able to open the case myself and took the watch to another jeweler, who replaced the battery for $15. The watch has been running perfectly ever since—there was absolutely nothing wrong with the movement. Time-Tec tried to rip me off, and I would strongly advise against trusting them with your watch.

Kevork is top class. I am buying a used Cartier watch online that is discontinued. I reached out to Kevork and he said he is happy to open the back and authenticate it for $50. I sent him the serial number and he looked it up at no cost, stating he's sure it's authentic given it's a quartz movement. He never pressured me to purchase his service. For that, I will be a repeat customer.

I needed service on my Dan Henry watch. It was recommended I send it to Time-tec Watch Service. The service and communication was above and beyond anything I have ever experience with any type of service their explanation of the problem was complete and understandable the service of my precious little Dan Henry. Was absolutely amazing. Service was quick efficient and very, very personable. Communication was outstanding. !! It would be hard for me to ever believe that anyone could write a bad review about these people. And Kevork. Time-Tec did a wonderful job servicing my Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch. New bezel, new crystal plus battery replacement and pressure test. The cost was a bit pricey, but I believe it was worth what I paid for the time and parts replacement required. Thanks Time-Tec.

Parking is a pain in the hind parts (plan on either walking far or paying for parking), but it's worth it to bring your watches here for batteries. I strolled in with no appointment to get three watch batteries changed out, and they took care of it quickly and at a very reasonable price too. Definitely coming back here next time one of my watches dies!

Hill street is very busy and parking limited and expensive ($5.0 each 10 minutes) but I would not take my watches for servicing anywhere else. Norma and technicians are very good.
