My experience With this company was very positive they sent a technician by the name of Daniel Toon to replace a blower motor on my heating and air unit. He showed up early which was great and began the installation process immediately which he did a professional and efficient job. He was very courteous and respectful, and I so appreciate that during the process of installation, he walked me through the steps of what he needed to do and got the job done. It’s people with integrity like Daniel that makes me want to use air. Serve anytime I need repair or installation work. I can’t thank you enough.

I did send a review just in case you didn’t get Danny was excellent customer service A++++++ He was very good about explaining the process of care upkeep to the unit. Very courteous pleasant and good about engaging in conversation even though he was taking care of business. From our in home quote received by Gary to the actual installation by Thomas and the other nice gentleman, we had a great experience. We had a minisplit installed and couldn’t be more pleased with how they conducted themselves and the quality of their work. We are also having an on demand water heater installed in the future by them and know we are in good hands. Great job! Highly recommend!

Had our AC go out, tech diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the same day, price was very reasonable.
Our property manager had another company look at it first, that company suggested a repair for 10x the price, or replace the whole system for even more.
Great HONEST company, will absolutely use Aire Serve again!!!

When we realized that our blower in our AC unit wasn’t working on a Saturday, we knew it was going to be Monday before we could get in touch with anyone. I called Aireserve because it said open 24 hours on Google. The representative that answered the phone took some information from me and with 15 minutes a technician called back and said he would be here in about 30-45 minutes. Ryan was the technician and was here in about 30 minutes. He not only fixed the blower motor, he noticed another upcoming problem and was able to fix that as well. We were shocked that not only was he able to come on a Saturday, but fixed the problems as well. He was very professional and informative of what he did. We thank Jesus for him. Thank you very much!
