The driver never showed. I had motivcare contact them while I sitting in my wheelchair waiting. The motivcare agent was given the response was that they were going to pick me up by 5:30 and that wouldn’t works as my surgical checkin time was for 5:45. The drive at a minimum was 25 minutes long. I had to drive myself to an appointment were my lumbar spine was going to be fused. How unprofessional on their part.

I've used CATS services for approximately 4 yrs & they are by far the best service you will ever have.! They always go above & beyond regarding their service. And I do mean always. Besides their work ethics they are all just amazing people who will always treat you with the highest amount of dignity & respect that we all deserve. It was my first time using their service, and I couldn't be happier. Every step of the way they were kind and helpful, pick up was prompt (4:30 AM!), vehicle clean and in great shape, and the driver, Chris, a pleasure to ride with. I will definitely use them again!

I've used CATS many times for wheelchair transport. They are always on time and very accommodating. Every driver I've had has been a safe, courteous driver and that's BIG on my list....they also love their job and employers. CATS will always be my 'GO TO' when needing wheelchair transport.

Chris Abbott Transportation is the best medical transport company I've encountered yet. I've used their service many times and each and every ride has been a delight. I enjoy their professional, fun and courteous selves as they continuously treat me with dignity and respect while making sure i feel safe and secure inside their vehicles. They're honest and go above and beyond from what's to be expected from a ride company. I once left a valuable item in their car and when i called them, they immediately found which drivers car it was in and returned it promptly the same day. Their vehicles are always clean and in great condition for picking up clients. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My mother, Mary Bertsch age 98, has used CAT twice to get to the dentist. They got her there on time, with a minimum of fuss, on time in her wheelchair. We plan to use them frequently in the future.

Rick (Driver) was rude, condescending, and intolerant of feedback. He treated his passenger with contempt and Nursing Facility staff was forced to follow him to his passengers destination because he refused to carry 4 plastic bags from the vehicle to the front door.
