Living in a rural area of Middleburg where water access can be a challenge, we’ve relied on their exceptional service to keep our cistern full and our household running smoothly. Christine, in particular, has gone above and beyond for us time and time again. Her responsiveness and efficiency are unmatched—she ensures our water deliveries happen quickly, even when we’re in a pinch.

Changing my review. Today (two days later) I received a very apologetic phone call. They apologized many times and asked if they could make it right by delivering my water at no cost. I let them do so and was very pleased. I understand things happen. Thank you Bell Transport for making this right!

I was told they’d be there roughly after 9 but be flexible a few hours. I called at 1 as no one had called me. They told me a truck broke down but it would come sometime after 5. I tried calling at 6 no answer. Left a voicemail. Now it’s the next day and I still have not heard a word. Very disappointed. I took off a day of work for this! If they would communicate I’d be a lot more understanding. But can’t get a hold of them!

We had our pool filled up last year. They were very easy to reach and to book/schedule a delivery with. The driver was very friendly - she was a woman who had worked in the trucking industry for a long time and was very experienced. They were knowledgable about how quickly to run the pump in order to maintain the integrity of our pool (7500 gallon intex). We only got one water shipment delivered so that we didn't have to pay for the additional hauling fee to have only a half truck come out - and we filled the rest of the pool from the water hook up from our house.
I do highly recommend Bell transport for services.

We used Bell Transport to fill our pool. Their service was amazing. Customer service on the phone was very helpful. Matt showed up with our first load of water right when they told me he would. He was extremely friendly, played with the kids and even filled the kids little kiddie pool for them. The kids thought it was the coolest thing. He also left beach balls in the pool for the kids. I highly recommend Bell Transport. And will definitely be using them again if I need to.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Building a pool can be a stressful process. We ordered and cancelled 3 water deliveries because our pool contractor kept running into issues. Christina at Bell Transport was beyond kind and patient with us. We were embarrassed to call for the fourth and final time, but she was very understanding and got a driver out to us. We needed three truck loads. After the first load was delivered a huge storm rolled through causing our primary water source to shut down. Our driver kept a great attitude and drove into a different county to pick up the second and third load of water. Superior customer service that went above and beyond!

I've used Bell Transport two years running to fill a small inflatable pool for my kids. It's more water than I want to run out of my well.
Bell's people are friendly and professional. They have been out within a week both times, and are reasonably priced.
I also love that they have a surcharge for weekend delivery. I know it's an inconvenience asking the drivers to deliver during their weekend, and I'm happy to pay a little more for their time for the convenience

The ONLY water truck company we use to get our pool water in Virginia! They are the absolute best! Everyone who works there is friendly and professional. Few days ago absolutely saved by Bell Transport. We needed water fast, to boost garden hose that was filling up newly plastered pool. We called 3 companies but Bell Transport understood the urgency and gave us 5 loads the next day. I will forever be grateful for their humanity, professionalism and fast response. Thank you so much!
