I find myself in and out of this store all the time for work, and I honestly don’t know how I would manage without this amazing team. Every time I walk in, they greet me with a smile, no matter how busy things get. They really go above and beyond to process my shipments quickly and efficiently, and it makes such a difference in my day. Their positivity and willingness to help, regardless of the challenges they face, truly make my job easier. I’m so grateful for their support!

When asked why UPS store in Clinton? Antionette! She is absolutely the glue that makes this the best UPS store. I will pass others if I am out to come here. Her customer service skills are beyond reproach. When she’s there and there’s an issue at another counter she resolves it, swiftly!! If she’s not there I may wait because her presence makes for a great customer experience. Today Amber assisted me and she was just as friendly and provided great service!!

I needed to return a package and I had the QR code ready to go. The issue was that I didn’t have the right packaging and was unaware at the time. However, the lady working at the front had already scanned my QR code. There is absolutely no way she could have missed the packaging for the return being wrong. It has created a big mess for me and I’m pretty pissed. I will not return to this location. I just so happened to be in the area but never again. And, it is unacceptable for only one person to be working at the front desk, particularly during the busiest time of day in the evening.

The customer service agent phone experience is unprofessional and rude. I called the Clinton store in the afternoon, and no one answered after 20 rings. I called the next day, and this customer service agent answered with a Hello greeting as if it were a residence. I had to ask if this was the UPS store. I requested a delivery confirmation. She stated in a rude getting on my nerves type voice that she was busy, and it would be awhile before she could check, and I said I would wait, thinking she would put me on hold. She hung up. I called back, and no one answered. This is not the first time I have experienced this particular agent's unprofessional phone etiquette.

I use this place quite often when I have to do a return. The staff is always efficient and gets me in and out of there in less than a minute. I can't always say that about the customers who for some reason never seem to have their act together. It would be nice if they could have a separate line for these folks, you know what I mean?

It would be nice to ask your staff to not wear air buds when taking customers, that’s the only thing I can say about this location. The manager and the young lady with the earbud heard me explaining they thought it was quite funny. But I commend the young lady who waited on me because she kept it professional, respectful, while I’m trying to keep my composure, because nothing a customer says is funny where you need to laugh, or raise your hand as if your gesturing stop! I spoke with the higher manager and assured they was laughing at the new lady ? no. But I kept my composure with that also. Thank you young lady, “new girl” as she stated for not thinking the situation was funny!!!!!

So glad to have stumbled upon this UPS store in Clinton in Coventry Plaza.
It is clean, spacious and has wonderful customer service. I went in for notary services, called first and was told the time notary business took place. I arrived in the store and was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely efficient young lady named Starr and a star she was. She could not get my doc open to print and sign. She tried various ways so I left and came back with the doc opened and ready to be notarized… mind you notary services stopped at 4:00pm. I called prior and spoke to an extremely well mannered young man named Derrick, who said he would ask if could I still be accommodated even though I would arrive late. The answer was YES ( where they do that at?)
Came back after 4:00 and Miss STARR took care of me, she actually waited on me talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
I also observed her and Derrick when dealing with other customers with just as much patience and ease as they did me! It was evident it was genuine.

Owner, Please recognize these employees they are truly valued and needed in our community!
Congrats on owning both stores in our communities.
