My review is based on over all service. We had 8 reservations with this company within 4 days. The first two on day one were fantastic! Day 2 not so much. The first one was running late and I hadn’t received any info so I called. The car was having mechanical issues, no big deal, but the fact that it would be 40 minutes before a car could pick me up was. I was disappointed i didn’t get a text, call or email…. So we canceled. Ride two went off with out a hiccup! Ride three, was late so I called, vehicle issues it was going to be 40 mins late. I called and moved my reservation for dinner out to 5:30. 40 mins later no car, called, they said the driver was on location and he would call me. The guy was extremely rude and kept making references to me being ignorant. Dispatch gave him the wrong address, so we canceled and hopped on a bike taxi! The operator was super nice this time. Canceled ride 4 out of fear of getting the same guy, I was traveling with my daughter. Day 3 Driver was fantastic! On time, super nice, even suggested a few extra things for us! Loved Juan! Day 4, the driver was 25 minutes early, not a huge deal, but he was nice. New York is definitely a more aggressive driving style than my taste, but over all day 4 was good. We made great time and arrived in one piece.

I am giving this review only 2 stars because the driver that picked us up from the airport was very friendly but the niceties stop there. First I paid for what I thought would be a luxury car. The car was easily from the 1980’s and definitely not luxury, if we had more than 3 bags of luggage, we would have been sitting with bags on our lap for all the personal items which had not been removed from the trunk. For the return to the airport I called the day before to ask if we could move the reservation up by 1 hour because I didn’t take in consideration traffic delays and we didn’t want to take a chance to miss our flight. I was told they could not get a driver to me by 8am instead of 9 am so I was going to cancel the reservation and then I received a confirmation that they could do 8am. The morning of we’re standing outside waiting for our car when I decided to check my email and found a notice apologizing saying they had a problem with the car and our trip would be delayed by an hour! An email, not a phone call! We ended up canceling and called an Uber which we probably should have done from the start because it was virtually the same cost. Save yourself and catch an Uber or if you really want to travel in style do your due diligence and check reviews.

Booked a stretch limousine for my wife's birthday paid extra for a meet & greet service what a joke this is the biggest scam company, costing over $300 on arrival recieved a email that they could not fulfill the booking but had charged my card, finally after several phone calls sent a beaten up SUV driver couldn't speak a word of english then tried to charge me $191, this company is a total scam and after reading other reviews im not the only one this has happened too. This company ruined are trip please dont be ripped off like i was.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Executive summary of failures:
- Driver was late
- Driver does not know LGA airport
- Driver never showed up
- Operator/dispatch cannot promptly contact driver
- Operator/dispatch cannot troubleshoot problems effectively.

Long story of failures:
Booked weeks in advance for first family trip to NYC for pickup at LGA. I think the price was a few dollars cheaper than other car services so I booked it, but this is an amateur company.

Confirmation email stated the driver would meet us at the baggage area. They had all of my flight information and our flight landed on time. When our driver wasn’t there I called the company and the operator said they are not allowed to meet in baggage claim. Very interesting, considering that when I booked they asked what name/salutation I wanted on the sign my driver would be holding. The operator then puts me on hold and says he’s going to get a hold of the driver. 5 minutes on hold go by and nothing, adding to the fact that the driver is already late and at this point we are at the car service pick up area with no car in sight.

I hung up and called back. A different operator answers and says he’ll look into it. A minute later, and I’m told the driver will be there in 5 minutes. 8 minutes later and no car, I call back and am put on hold for another couple of minutes. Operator comes back on and said the driver went to the wrong terminal and would be there in 10 minutes. At that point I cancelled and got a Lyft.

So if you like paying for your driver to be 20 minutes late and having to call operators that can’t promptly get a hold of their drivers/fix a problem, this is the car service for you.

I booked a van with this company and even though online it said it was available, a few hours later they said it wasn’t. They said they’d send two SUVs instead and to call if thats not okay. So I didn’t call because that was perfectly fine. Then an hour from my flight they said the upcharge for the SUVs is $400. The possibility of an upcharge never prefaced before via text or email or the confirmation. If that was the case they should’ve called me or told me immediately. In addition, they also would not match the price even though it was their mistake. Trust me and don’t book with them. So stressful for 12 people an hour before their flight being stranded with no transportation.

Ordered 10 person limo to and from the airport. Our 3am call back to the airport was 1 hour late. (I called after 5min of them being late and I was told to grab cabs for me and 7 under aged kids in NYC because the driver was going to be late). - Thank goodness I accounted for an extra 30 mins of just in case time. I was left with no options with 7 young girls (not splitting kids up in cabs unsupervised). Thank goodness I accounted for an extra 30mins just in case time or else we would have missed our flight. When the driver arrived 1 hour late, he was in a stained tee, track pants and the most ghetto small limo. We got an 8 person instead of the 10 person we ordered and paid for. We were cramped with half our bags in the seating area with us. I tried contacting them 3 times when we got back and no one returned my email, no one called me back. Looks like this is a trend for this company.

Badly run company and extremely rude driver!

There were 4 of us, 6 large cases and 4 hand luggage. So we booked a round-trip 6 person car for $280, that said it could take 6 cases, thinking 2 hand luggage could go on each spare seat, in the special requirements box at booking we explained we would be bringing 6 large cases and 4 hand luggage. Our booking was confirmed by them without any queries so we thought all was ok. We got to JFK to be met by our driver, first words out of his mouth were 'too many cases, you need two cars'. He then rang his company and we asked to speak to them to explain the situation and even suggested we could have the hand luggage on our lap, this was finally agreed to. We get to the car, I put all the cases in as he has a bad back, they fit in there fine, with no need for cases to even be on our lap. He is silent for the whole journey to Times Square, only speaks at the end to get us to talk to his company and say we wanted him to do our return journey too, this was a bad decision. We then get to our hotel, I unload the cases and give him a $10 tip.

A week later after a lovely week in New York, with no communication from the company, he turns up at our hotel 45 mins early, so we are not ready, with our cases still in the hotels luggage room. We go and speak to him outside and again first thing he says 'You'll need two cars'. Very confused by this as he was the one that suggested for him to pick us up. We ask why and are told that last time we only have him a small tip and he wants a bigger one to take us and his company said he should get a bigger one. At this time we are now extremely annoyed and just want to get to the airport and home. Luckily out hotel doormen were amazing and they put the cases into the car for us, again all luggage fits in with no hassle. Another silent journey, except for when he makes phone calls for us all to hear over loud speaker. We then get to the airport, unload our own luggage and as a nice gesture give him a $20 tip. We get stopped as we try to walk away, he explains that's still not enough, he is lucky I didn't take the tip back. We explain that the luggage fit in the car fine and if he still has issues then we can take it up with his company and we walk off. Never in my life have I met such a rude, money grabbing person that's sole job is working with people. This is where the UK and USA differ, UK tips are only given for good service, USA they are expected no matter what service is given.
