Actually I didn't booked ticket from them, instead from Redbus. But there was total mixup by redbus regarding boarding place. Phones of operator provided them were not working, live tracking was absent fir vrl bus and customer care was giving generic reply. But the guys at parag travels gave me correct information regarding to the boarding point as well as current status of the bus.
