Buyer beware.
I have purchased 6 new Audi vehicles over the last 10 years, with 2 purchased at Audi Jacksonville on Atlantic approximately 4 years ago.

Recently I brought my 2019 Q5 in for service. The car has about 16K miles and in excellent condition. However, there was a cloud-based cellular software update made to the navigation system that corrupted the database. This was an Audi error.
I bought my Q5 in for service, now exactly 4 years after purchase +9 hours. Nicholas the service advisor stated my warranty expired at midnight the evening before I came in for service. There would be a $150 diagnostic fee. I asked for a waiver, but Nicholas said "he has to go by the book" so the $150 diagnostic fee would apply plus any update charge to make the database correct. I think this was a terrible approach, as my warranty just expired hours earlier, not Years, Months, or days - HOURS!

I also had a coupon for a small discount on services, but I could only use it once, even though I had 2 vehicles in for other services like oil changes and tire rotation. There was no hint of a small discount - even 5% would have gone a long way. Again, service advisors’ commissions are priority over any customer good will. The only comp we received was $60 off the $150 diagnostic charge that Audi should have covered.

When I purchased the cars 4 years ago the 1st service (oil change) was complimentary. Nicholas insisted we didn’t pay for the service, which wasn’t the case. The 2019 cars came with the first service free. Nicholas acted like they comped us years ago and we should be happy. Very unhappy with these comments. We left the dealership with over $1200 spent for 2 oil changes, 2 brake fluid changes, and a rotation.

Such a shame that a service advisor is more concerned about their commission, rather than customer satisfaction. Audi Jacksonville has lost my business for life (new vehicle purchases and service/maintenance) based on this event. If this is a global policy from Audi, I will also consider a new brand of vehicle in my next purchase in the very new future.

Lastly, very surprising I didn’t get a survey for either of the cars serviced in July 2023. Normally we automatically get an email survey, this time nothing. Seems Audi Jacksonville knew of the issues at hand and wanted to protect their reputation.

I've had my 2014 Audi A7 TDI serviced at Audi Jacksonville ever since I moved to Jax 2 years ago. The A7 TDI is a bit of a unicorn because of the turbo diesel engine, which I love, but you have to know how to service it differently from the other models. They've always done a great job of ensuring that every service was completed with the utmost care. The service I had last week posed a couple of challenges to the technician but instead of charging me extra for taking care of the unforeseen issue, he fixed the issue without pay so that I wouldn't be billed for additional labor hours. Thats dedication to his profession and to the customers. Kudos to the technician and to Audi Srvice.

Yesterday I brought my Q7 in for the scheduled 40,000 servicing. I was greeted promptly by Jess and she handled everything from there. Jess explained the details of the vehicle inspection and the maintenance items to be worked on. I was informed the vehicle would be completed by 5 p.m. and the maintenance was in fact completed ahead of schedule. Best part was Jess kept me informed on the vehicle status throughout the day. When ready my vehicle was washed and vacuumed which is a nice perk. As I have future servicing needs my hope is Jess will again handle process. She's knowledgeable, courteous, professional and as stated the continued communication was truly outstanding. Great job!!

Excellent customer service. I had my SUV towed to the service department at this dealership. The issue with my SUV caused my steering wheel to lock up, where I was unable to move it, and a dashboard warning light appeared. They fixed the warning light, but I also requested a service check up too. As I was driving home, a different dashboard light came on. Upon contacting them about what happened, they had someone drive a replacement vehicle to my house to pick up my SUV to bring back to the dealership, and drop off the replacement to me. When my SUV was ready for pick up, to make up for the problem, which made the dashboard light come on, which was a low pressure in one of my tires, they replaced it with a brand new tire. Those who own a Q7 know that is a great monetary way of saying sorry for their mistake and making up for it too. I have owned many different vehicles. In my experience, most dealerships may apologize, but none ever give you anything for free. At least none of them have never given anything to ME for free.

I drive 2014 Audi A4 and was visiting Jacksonvill from out of town, I needed my oil topped off so I stopped by the closest Audi shop. I was lucky enough to have been helped by a gentleman named Sam who assisted me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was back on the road before I knew it! Definitely recommend this location

I recently went to Audi of Jacksonville's service department for two issues. 1. My Side Assist wasn't working, and I wanted to have it calibrated. I could see the codes, which indicated that it needed calibration. 2. My car had an oil leak that I wasn't sure of. I told the advisor, as well as wrote it into the request when I scheduled the service along with a request for a loaner vehicle. Well, I waited over four hours to be told I have to pay over $600 and nothing would be fixed, but they washed my car. I took my car to another Audi service department and was told there was a significant leak covered under warranty, and that the parking sensors could be calibrated. The long and the short, I got hosed by these guys.

Service Advisor: Rob Spiewak showed me great customer service. In the past I visited another Audi in the area and it was very lackluster. My visit to this Audi service center was very pleasant. As a customer I felt appreciated. I was greeted before I even exited my vehicle, they gave me updates on my car and even sent me a video of the my car's progress. Rob Spiewak thank you for showing such great care. This is a complete 180 from my previous experiences at other locations. I'll be back!
