SCAM. Do not use this company. I contacted them via fixmycar for a emission control system light on the dashboard. They charged me £20 + £264 to plug the reader in the car , remove the warning light, lift the bonnet 30 seconds , have a 5 min drive and then leave.
The light appeared again less than 1 mile drive after I took the car on the next day. They were meant to come back , but 8 days later no one came. See conversation with their admin that went silent after explaining that the mechanics did not have a MOT on their van and have been stopped by police !!! Nice excuse for a mechanics !!!!

I initially had a positive experience with Marvelous Cars Mobile Mechanic—the communication started well, and everything seemed professional. However, the experience quickly went downhill. The mechanic didn’t show up at the expected time, and after several calls and messages, I finally received a response saying they were running late. Later, I was told the appointment would need to be cancelled and rescheduled.

I had taken the day off specifically for this appointment, so the last-minute cancellation was very frustrating. To make matters worse, despite numerous attempts to rebook through calls and messages, I received no further updates or acknowledgment—not even a message to say they were unable to attend.

In the end, I took my car to a local garage, and it’s now sorted. It’s a shame, as I had high expectations based on their YouTube presence and assumed they would be more professional. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on their workmanship, as they never showed up. Checking other reviews, it seems this issue isn’t uncommon. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.

First time I called to get my car serviced with them and it will be the last time.

They arrived later than they stated, said they completed the job, I realised a minute after they left that they only changed the timing belt, water pump but not the drive belt despite me paying for all three as agreed. I contacted Marvelous Calimag Lara shortly afterwards and he told me that he didn't realise he was supposed to change that and he forgot. He promised he'd come back in 2 weeks time on a Friday but never turned up, since then he's been avoiding all my calls, texts and doesn't even have the decency to respond back to even my several voicemails. Instead he's continuing to make his YouTube videos and posting on social media.

He told me to pay via bank transfer and I got no invoice out of the job.

The only credit I can give is that he did do the timing belt and water pump service properly but overall very disappointed. I watched his videos for over a year but since then I don't bother as he's not able to communicate with his customers.

Update (01/12/2024): He never contacted me as shown in the call logs and messages and I reached out to him again with no response. See updated image. Happy for him to challenge me by sharing his call logs...

Good initial communication and that's about it. They arrived on site as agreed, carried out service to 3 of our vans. There was also a trailer that needed urgent repairs which they said they need to order parts for and will confirm once booked. Radio silence for a week. Called/messaged - no response. After over a week we got a response from the owner - Michael, to say he was away and his staff didn't give it the required attention. Promised he will chase it up. Still no response. Further calls/messages kept getting ignored. One of the serviced vans has issues with breaks, we questioned this with Michael - again no response. This isn't how you run a business, the lack of communication is just frustrating and the workmanship is now questionable.

Came to fix and diagnose my car. They came the same day and managed to diagnose the car which other garages couldn’t. Very thorough examination of the problem. Amazing service from the both of them couldn’t recommend them enough.

Contacted marvellous cars by phone regarding a gearbox replacement and gave me a price.
Negotiate a better price with him so I thought great.
He informed me that the supply didn't have any gearboxes in stock but we could take my gearbox out and have that one done.
Since that conversation I have twice tried to phone him he does not answer I leave a message and still does not return calls I then sent him a text and still nothing. I would have given him zero if I could for the customer service
