This review is for the tech that repaired my refrigerator and not for the company he works for because this review would not be 5 stars if I was reviewing the company.

The face of these companies are the employees in the field dealing directly with customers. Sergio was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and very kind. He explained the whole process of the repair and fixed the issue. Sergio was also the technician whom first diagnosed the problem during a previous appointment and I was lucky he was also the technician scheduled to do the repair. It is quite obvious he has been doing this along time because it shows in his work. What Sergio has that has nothing to do with his job is his character. It does not tale a rocket scientist to observe when someone is clearly a good person, has amazing work ethic and cares the job is done properly and professionally. These traits are not manifested by the company one works for rather it is inherent to the individual.

Regarding the company he is representing it is clear their success is solely by the employees which are representing them. Let’s just say if I was not proactive during the whole process to set up the repair, and Sergio to perform the repair, I would still be drinking warm beer.

Johnny did the service on my washing machine. Thorough in his diagnosis, clear in his explanation of what’s going to be done and why. Did not try to push for any extras. Courteous and professional. Very pleased with the service received.

The technician did a great job and worked quickly. I did not, however, have a good experience with the appointment system. I had my appointment for several days and then it was cancelled the day before and rescheduled for 6 days later. For that appointment I had an excessive amount of texts and emails and had to confirm my appointment on two different texts. On the day of my appointment, I did NOT get a text in the morning as to an expected time of arrival as was stated in the email confirmation. I found the tracker and saw he would be there approximately 3:45, my window was 1:00-5:00. At 4:00, I checked the tracker and it changed to 5:00 for the appointment. I checked at 5:00 and it was again postponed to 5:45, well outside the 1:00-5:00 window. I realize the tecnician is busy, but so are your customers! And, although I tried, it was not possible to speak with a live person at any point in this process. This was extremely frustrating!

The guy never showed up and lied and said he did. I got an invoice with an amount - even through he didn't come!

He never knocked on the door. I'm not sure he even drove to my house. This is after waiting a long time to just get an appointment scheduled.

Absolute total liar!

This is absolutely the worst service ever! Absolute garage. Avoid at all costs!

Bernardo patiently installed the new water pump and cleaned the horribly linty dryer (something I asked the last tech to do—- but he wouldn’t do it.) This time things went smoothly and professionally.
The phone system is ridiculous— texting me at 5am and then when I hit the link— it wouldn’t work.
Here’s a tip: don’t use untested AI.

Really hard to give a good review nice tech but I’m super suspicious. Said my washer was fine, recommended a part to make less noise, dropped $400 next wash the drum goes off balance and water won’t drain he comes back and says repair is $875. Feel pretty conned out of $400 and have to get a new washer
