Do not buy a tesla and do not go to this service center. First of all, I had a 2023 Tesla model 3, it ended up being a lemon. Took it to this service center several times for a squeaky front suspension. Each time they replaced a part, the issue just kept coming back. They must have replaced every suspension part that they could. So I got my money back. I ended up getting a 2023 Model Y performance for this same price as my 2023 model 3 SR. The prices went down in less than year. So, I've had that tesla for about a year now. I've had to get the headlight realigned and mobile service came out to do that, no problem. Then the car got stuck on an update and I was told to they needed to replace the antenna. Ok fine. So then, a week ago, I take it in to get my cracked windshield replaced. They then tell me my car is showing HV battery errors and they're gonna need to replace the battery at 25k miles. Ok cool, covered under warranty. I get the vehicle back a week ago. It was very hot week and the car was dirty so I didn't wanna be outside much. I wash my car yesterday once it cooled off and realize there's damage to my vehicles paint and tire. They left glue on the interior and exterior pillar from replacing the windshield. I then notice when I was cleaning my rims, the tire was cut on the rear driver side tire. There was no way that I could've done that if I'm parking on a curb. Would been on the passenger side. I went to service center today because tesla won't get back to you through email or phone(i was on hold for 2 hours). I tried calling multiple times and I figured they were just ignoring me. I call on another number and they answer right away. Go figure, they were trying to dodge me. I then go in person to speak about with them. They told me the best they can do is give me a 150 dollar credit for detailing but there's nothing they can do about the tire because I told them a week later and there no evidence that they did it. I then told them, why did they drive my car so much. He responds that they didn't even drive it and then checks the odometer and tells me oh, they did drive it 50 miles. Why in the hell do they need to drive it 50 miles? Someone was joyriding my car and damaged it. If they did a sloppy job on my windshield, then forsure someone hit my tire. Just a whole bunch of incompetence from them. Do your self a favor and don't buy tesla. I got 2 lemon teslas with horrible service. Knew I should've gone with my intuition of having bad taste in my mouth when I paid 51k for the cheapest tesla only for it to drop in price exponentially within few months. Tesla is a scam company. Thank God for lemon laws. Oh fun fact, the loaner vehicles are lemon buybacks, check the registration if you get a loaner and you'll see they use them as loaners cus nobody going to want buy them. They also don't fix them and they were making same noises as my lemoned model 3. They told me oh yeah, "the control arms need to be replaced on them" but they'll never fix them. So be careful driving their loaners.

Best Tesla service I’ve ever had. I ended up driving out to a further location from home but it was well worth it. Jennifer Gomez thank you so much. She took extra time helping me solve any and all questions. She went above and beyond. At the end she even went searching the property for an extra car for me, and vacuumed it for me!

Upon my initial visit approximately four years ago, the service I received was exceptional, earning it a five-star rating. However, my experience has since deteriorated to the point where I can no longer recommend their services. According to their employees "service advisor", they are too busy to provide a satisfactory service for your vehicle.

If you're thinking about getting one you should think twice.

Cars are amazing such a shame they come with the worst imaginable customer service of all time. these people are the scummiest most time consuming wasteful crooks I have ever delt with, not just subject to Burbank but I'm convinced any Tesla service center has the worst customer service in the entire planet earth, love the care but this service makes me want to return the vehicle and get a BMW or frankly anything else. How is it I order a part directly from them 2 months ago and they just ordered it a week ago LMAOOO these guys are the worst and to top it off I bought my vehicle and driving it off the lot it came with a alignment issue car with a straight steering wheel was turning left, I asked them too fix it and they wanted to change me for this even tho it came from factory F'ed up. was only until I told them id lemon the vehicle they started kissing my feet and said they'd fix it .. if you're considering a vehicle from them id run just from the horrible service department

Currently I am on hold for 40 mins after requesting an update on my vehicles pick up status for having the battery pack replaced. It is now Friday they informed me through the app the vehicle would be ready Tuesday 3PM and they can't even give me a simple and quick update of the vehicles status instead I am here wasting almost a hour of my time for something that could be done in 30 seconds... HORRIBLE

Had easily my best experience with any car service center recently. The staff was helpful, friendly, and expeditious. Particularly Shawn went out of his way to make my experience positive, and I couldn't possibly be happier. Tesla Burbank is on the top of my list if/when I need to take my Model 3 in from now on.

Upon your service center, Do not take the uber options. Before picking up the vehicle, they canceled voucher and not answer the message. Horrible experience. And this service center never answer the phone and voice bot keep saying 'good bye' and hung up during their business hour. Waste of my time and money.

I been Tesla customer over 8 years and that’s the worst service experience I ever had at Tesla Burbank service center I don’t recommend any one to go there if you don’t have a another car because you don’t know when your car it will be ready they never update you
