Pumps are not working. That was not the problem the employee working was so rude O simply had a question and she said pumps are not working. She said to learn how to read and instead of directing customers to let them she was flirting with the gas truck guy. I have always driven out of my way to get great gas price but I will never pump gas here again.

Gas is inexpensive. I have had no issues here, until today. They need to do a better job at shift changes and inventory count. I had to wait for 30 minutes to pay for fuel with cash. Not a great way to keep customers if you ask me.

DO NOT PUMP HERE!!! Seriously dissatisfied at the employee who works here she was extremely rude to me just because I was trying to ask her a simple question (was going to ask if my card would still be charged cause pumps were down and my card was left loading) . I too work in customer service and would never imagine talking to a customer in such a horrible way. She proceeded to insult my intelligence and even cursed at me while I had my children in the car. Calling me "pendeja" and much worse. I hope management really digs into this employee because all she's going to do is drive business away. I hope no one else has to encounter her and her unprofessionalism like I did . @unitedoil look into your employee she shouldn't be dealing with customers.

I was at the gas station on June 8, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. I gave the cashier $50 to fill my car’s gas tank for $30. The cashier gave me a damaged $20 bill as change. I asked him to change it for another one, but he first said that there was nothing wrong with it and that the condition was good. Then he refused to take it back and change it, insisting that he had given me a different bill. People around me tried to help and asked him to change the bill because they saw that he gave me the damaged bill, but it was useless. He was stubborn and rude. I left the gas station disappointed and angry. Do not trust this gas station cashier at all; always check your money. I will never go to this gas station again, and I will not advise anyone to go there.

Good gasoline prices in town. It’s a bit out of my way but I enjoy coming here to fill up my car. With gas prices going up United Oil has good prices and a lot of people come here to pump gas. Pumps are in service and they have squeegees available for customers to clean their windows. They also have a snack shop for a quick snack on the road.

Very low cost gasoline found in Burbank California. Surprisingly it's even lower than most places in California. It is an always busy place the clerks are always friendly and very helpful. Gasoline is decent quality prices are always lower than anybody else in town. This place is hard to get in and out of and I should knock it down to start but because the clerks are so friendly and because everybody works with each other and this is just a gasoline station that people know to go to and clients work together to maneuver in and out of the gas pump alleyways it makes it worth the 5 stars
