I used A to Z transportation for my bridal party on our wedding day in Palm Springs, CA on 10/11/24. My mom primarily worked with Candace to secure our booking. We only needed the service for less than 15 people but they were easy to accommodate our small party and give us a fair price for 3 hours. The car was a large black SUV which was clean and well maintained. The driver was courteous and opened our doors for us. We had five different rides that needed to be completed 1 mile from our hotel and be dropped off at our venue. Everyone arrived on time! THANK YOU!

Had a terrible experience with this company. Driver got lost multiple times trying to get to venue where bridal party waited in dark parking lot for almost 35 minutes. Was told that they knew the venue and despite coordinator giving multiple step by step directions to the driver, the driver was still late.
Sent email to company for explanation but they never bothered to call/email back and still applied a 20% gratuity tip over and above the 35% standard surcharge plus a 15.5% fuel surcharge.

Mauro and Lars are the best! They confirmed my transportation the day before, and again the morning of. Lars arrived on location early and picked me up in an immaculate, luxurious Mercedes sedan. It was a smooth ride the whole way with great conversation on the trip. I highly recommend their deluxe, VIP, transportation services!!

Very organized, prompt and friendly service! Mauro is fantastic!
Our flight was delayed getting to Palm Springs, unfortunately, but Mauro helped make it more enjoyable for us and even personally came to pick us up! He doesn't typically drive customers. Now that is some good service! Thank you!
