My partner has been using sol transportation for his medical transportation we haven't had any problems so far. Most if not all drivers are very friendly and go out of the way to be helpful to him and transporting his wheelchair up the stairs and into our apartment. I appreciate all the drivers and helpers on this transportation service. Only one time is there a miscommunication issue which results in my partner having to walk half a mile from being dropped off at the wrong location, but they were very apologetic and corrected the issue properly. Tbf, are drop-off location had been changing due to some temporary living arrangements, so I understood. Overall I've been very satisfied with their service so far.

Drivers work with different county, state and federal agencies. FedVan is entity of SOL and transports Veterans to and from VA hospitals mostly in wheelchairs. They are very concerned about Van safety and people's safety. The complaint about back-up noise at 5am is because , alot of Veterans are unfortunately on dialysis and are treated thru out the day and very early hours in the morning at various facilities around San Diego. Back-up noise from transport Vans are for pedestrians and children's safety. Especially people texting , glued to their cell phones or just daydreaming. As far as the rudeness of the dispatcher at Sol Transportation , I can't comment on that except that maybe he or she was having a bad day. Still no excuse though.

Bad company to work for they let go good driver who get good compliments from passengers nasty company it’s sad management, horrible your trainer can drive crazy and honk at people and tailgate but if you’re are new they don’t trust you

Very polite drivers, always something good to say to me. The dispatcher always hooks up with the driver and mentions all the small things that make the trip a little better. I enjoy the ride with all the drivers that I have ridden with. A good driver makes my day…

The transportation van spent a few minutes being while backing before 5AM. I called dispatch and they did not even care. Even swore at me when I was upset. What a horrible company.
