I cannot say enough good things about Global Animal Transport and Michael Foley who helped us get our two hedgehogs from the States to the Caribbean! I had been trying for months to find a service or an airline that would accommodate our 2 fur babies and had called and emailed dozens upon dozens of companies without any luck or hope as our family is relocating to St. Thomas.And then, a friend gave me this contact, only days before our flight and Michael Foley, the owner, called me directly and he jumped right in, gave me his personal cell and contact and got to work figuring out the logistics, the paper work I would need, the specifics on the type of carrier we would need, how to secure it properly to meet the regulation standards, the flight they would take, the times and the airline. I can only imagine the legwork that went in to orchestrating all these details but he did it and was in direct communication with me every step of the way. There was even a hurricane in the middle of the planning and he helped to book the 2 babies on the next flight. Knowing that Michael and his team were standing by when I was dropping the hedgies off the night of their flight was a true godsend; he was truly there with us every step of the way. The arrived the next day ( our flight was delayed ) and Michael was in communication with the folks in St. Thomas, until they could be picked up. They arrived healthy and happy.

This company is nothing short of miraculous, and I would trust them 100% with my life and my babies. I am happy to say both hogs are doing well and adjusting beautifully to their life in the Caribbean, and I can't imagine being here without them. Michael Foley is a true lifesaver. If I could give him and Global Animal Transport 100 stars I would. Thank you thank you thank you, I am eternally grateful.

If you read no other review, please read this! I have been working with Mike and Sue Foley at Global Animal Transport for more than 20 years and at least six or seven transports.They handled my cross-country move with 12 pets and then numerous transports that all seemed to be emergency situations. Each time, I have come to the company with what I thought were a near impossible set of circumstances and each time, the Foley's have answered my prayers and a million of my annoying questions! They have the practical experience to solve transport problems and are up to date on the airlines' ever-changing rules and regulations. Most importantly, I think Mike and Sue really love animals and want what's best for them during the potentially stressful experience of travel.

Your company transported Josie for us when my Mom passed away suddenly. She knew Josie would be in caring hands with Kathy and I, but we live in AZ and Josie was in Vermont. With very little time, you arranged for Josie to join us by flying her from VT to AZ. You are amazing people. Josie arrived no worse for wear and in great spirits. The folks we felt with were so caring and wanting to help. The cost was minimal. It was so very well organized. We were left with no concerns and knew she was in more than capable hands.
