Great experience on my trip from the Minneapolis airport to Duluth. My driver was super friendly and very accommodating. There were some slick spots since we just had gotten snow, but our driver was very capable of handling them.

Groome is a quick and convenient way to get to the Minneapolis /St Paul Airport. I've used it many times from Duluth. They offer free parking for up to two weeks. The vans are somewhat comfortable, but for the short trip, just fine, the drivers are always friendly. The fare is reasonable, and a rest stop in Hinkley on the way to and from. Well worth checking out.

Used Groome from MSP airport to Duluth and return. Prompt and courteous drivers. Clean vans. My only suggestion would be for them to more clearly refer to the airport signage for instructions on where to go for the pickup stop at the airport. We would use again.

I booked my shuttle to arrive at the airport at 12:15pm from Duluth. The driver was late picking me up, took two stops along the way despite already being behind, and I ended up at the airport after 1pm. I missed my flight because of this delay.

I understand being 10 or 20 minutes late, but 45+ minutes is unacceptable. Especially when it would have been possible to make it to the airport much faster.

What I noticed was the diversity in drivers & the tight-knit communication amongst the company to their drivers! Beau, I believe his name was, keeps all of the drivers connected & smiling! These drivers were even happy to see OTHER Groome drivers. Smiles are a big deal. The ride was smooth & pit-stop accommodations were fair & timely! I guess I’m the last to know about this company because I shared my experience with a friend & she said, “oh, I use those guys every time.” I will be, too! I also would never keep this kind of treatment from a friend so here you go, friend, just book!
