Special service, special drivers. Friendly, accommodating. Immaculate sedan. Veteran-owned. That impression is from first trip with Lenox. Even more impressed with their service on my second, several days later. Both trips were late night airport arrivals. I used Lenox car service to transport my family to and from MCO airport and the cruise terminal for a family vacation. The booking staff was professional and went above and beyond to make our trip flawless! Their drivers and vehicles were top notch! For the vip service and premium suv they were better price then competition around with lower services. I would highly recommend this company. They came with 3 car seats for my daughters to ride safely, cold bottled water and a tablet for the kids to watch a movie! 10 out of 10. Special thanks to Aaron our driver and Lazaro for not only being our booking agent but picking us up early for our return trip.

My son referred Lenox Transport to me and J.R. was incredible from beginning to end. I usually plan ahead but not this time. I called J.R. explaining that I needed same day luxury transportation to pull off celebrating a really good friends birthday surprise that evening. Well, J.R. was nothing short of amazing. The entire booking process was professional yet quick and simple. Upon arrival my friends and I were so impressed with J.R. and the cleanliness of his car. He was on time, plenty of bottled waters for all, no issues driving us where we wanted to go, felt completely safe and comfortable at all times. Needless to say we had a fantastic evening thanks to Lenox Transport!!!! Highly recommend this company!!!!

On the day of the trip, Aaron arrived right on time and met us in baggage claim. Aaron was not only punctual but also courteous and professional. Aaron is very personable and we had fun conversing about life in Orlando.

Throughout the journey we felt safe and comfortable. The vehicle was equipped with all the necessary amenities and Aaron's driving was smooth and steady.

5 star service from this company! Everything was on time and very organized.

Aaron was our driver to our first destination and he was wonderful. We received a text message when he was on his way. He was attentive, kind and even brought a booster seat for my one child!

Lazaro was our driver for the second destination and he was just as great! On time and courteous! I would definitely recommend this company and will be using again on our future trips.
