I just want to give Sonya a massive shoutout and thank you for helping me get my reservation handled after my third-party booking agency dropped the ball and couldn't confirm my credit card on file. Sonya called her manager after the third-party renter was unable to make the changes on their end.

Since I can't rate Sonya through a feedback form from Alamo bcuz of the 3rd party rental I want to make sure she's recognized here.

The car itself was also spotless when I got it, matched the description of my rental (Nissan Rogue/mid-size SUV) and was an incredibly smooth ride through Yosemite, Sequoia, and King's Canyon National Parks. It was a pleasure renting from Alamo and they will likely be my choice in the future due to the great customer service and car I received.

The location at the Fresno Ca airport was easy peasy checking out and returning. To my horror, right after we boarded our plane we realized we left my husband’s iPad in our rental car. I called Alamo and they directed me where to go online to file a lost item report. I had the report filed and submitted just as our plane was taking off.
By the time we landed at our final destination about 7 hours later, Alamo had already reached out notifying me that they had found the iPad in our car and sent me a link to make arrangements for them to ship it to us at home. I am happy to report that we received the iPad and the Apple Pencil attached to it today! Thank you so much to the Fresno staff for helping us recover our very expensive piece of tech. You gained a 100% loyal client going forward!

I rented a car at the Alamo in the Fresno Airport. They asked for a deposit of 400.00, naturally that is expected. I rented the car on 8/15/24and returned it on 8/16/24. Today is 8/31/24, and the 400.00 REMAIN pending on my credit... This is not ok.

I recently rented a car from Alamo and had an excellent experience. Marcos, the person assisting me, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly got my rental keys and ensured everything was in order. I would highly recommend Alamo for their efficient service and helpful staff.

We had a great experience with this rental company going to Yosemite from Fresno Airport. We opted for the "check in" online to reduce time filling out info on DL etc. We got in earlier than expected, no lines, seamless and organized. We were given credit upon return for the Corolla didn't have cruise control set( which really is not needed driving the zigzag road to the Valley) and was due for oil change. Great gas mileage, though just a basic car. Return was also smooth and easy, staff greeted you as you drive in. Ladies that helped us were both very friendly and answered all our questions and inquiries. We will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend to our friends and family.
