My technician Robert Bellini was very knowledgeable, through and informative. Personable too. He discovered and showed me where the warranty company that was sent out prior actually sabotaged my system to get me to buy a whole new unit. Robert saved me $4000 and I am dedicated to this company forever. I will be dropping my HVAC home warranty coverage in favor of Aire Serv. Also had a nice chat with his manager Josh to tell him what I am telling you all.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE working with Chris Bowater at AireServe! He is the BEST! I am a single Mom and I am always being taken to the cleaners by companies! Always being overcharged!! or paying for things I do not even need! They see me coming!!! I KNOW when Chris comes to my home for my annual maintenance I can totally trust anything he tells me! Had a water pan overflow in my basement. Called Aireserv and they sent a service tech Robert over within 3 hours. He fixed the sensor, cleaned the lines and serviced the unit. I signed up for a service plan. Pricing was very reasonable able and I can't express how impressed I am with the service tech Robert and Aireserv.

Robert Billini was rhe technician who came to service my air conditioner downstairs. After I told him what happened, he knew what to check. He found a fuse that had blown within the air conditioner unit located in the attic. He replaced the fuse, and at my request, replaced the Trane thermostat that was extremely frustrating for me to use. It was completely computerized and I don’t need most of the features that are included. So he replaced it with a Honeywell thermostat that I really like. I have one for the upstairs AC unit and I really like it because it is much more simple to operate. I highly recommend Robert. He was very knowledgeable about the AC unit. And he had a pleasant attitude.

Worst company, manager was more interested in a million dollar job then to help us out. Told us one price and it changed it 3 more times. Never called us back and Ronnie Powell promised us to come over and check out our home and to fix the issue. NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.
