Probably the worst company… it’s been 7 months i am trying to find out where is my package that i sent it from LA to Armenia. I sent it in February and i received the call in March that the ship had some problems and my package will be delivered in May… i agreed cause i didn’t have other option. But when we received it the package was not ours. We called them to come and pick it up and bring ours. They said they will call back . It took a month to pick the wrong package 📦. They never called back for ours. We called to their office in LA and in Armenia. No one is trying to help us. The manager named Hayk never replied to our calls. Yesterday i called again and asked to find out where is the package the girl named Alice said will call me back the next day but she didn’t. When i tried calling the line was not available. Most probably they blocked my number.
Hope this comment will help someone to do the right decision before choosing their business!!!

Rude staff!!! Do not use if you don’t want your stuff to get lost. They dont take any responsibility for lost packages. They dont give you any option for reimbursement or at least try to find the package. Stay away from this company!!!

I advise you not to contact this company. The staff incorrectly specified the delivery address, and my parcel was lost, none of the staff helps me, my parcel was never returned to me, I have to constantly call them to correct their mistake. None of the employees even offered apologies or compensation for their unprofessional actions. This is the first time I've seen such terrible service !!!

As of today, April 13 2023 I’m updating my shipment. They DID NOT receive it yet. Almost the seventh month, every week I’m calling them every week they tell new stories and still continuing.

The package was sent and paid for with home delivery, but they called from the office and said that they should pick it up at the office from Yerevan. Company employees lie and don't answer calls. Disgusting examination.

I know Global USA from inside and there's the thing first of all they are honest with their customers,,, there is no catch,,, and such kind of respect towards customers will be felt at once.
In my opinion this is valuable point which you should consider when you are choosing a shipping company.
