I rented the stretch hummer from Apollo Chariots as a surprise for my husbands 50th birthday to take our family and friends to dinner tonight. I was looking forward to riding in style based on the description and pictures of the Stretch Hummer. When the limo arrived, it was dirty and had black lines on the outside running down and there finger print smudges all over the windows. Upon entering the vehicle it was very disappointing, there were holes in the doors, the entry into the vehicle was very run down and torn. The limo smelled musky and was not vacuumed nor was anything wiped down or clean. The ac did not work, nor did the driver know how to operate or turn anything on. The radio did not work, the interior lights barely came on, and the flat panel tvs did not work. There was no ice or glassware and the drinks that were in there were hot and sticky to touch. The leather interior seats were very worn down, and dirty. There was trash in the vehicle the inside bar area of the vehicle was sticky and left over food of some sort inside where the drinks were. The driver seemed oblivious on how to operate or drive the limo. He would speed up then stop suddenly, did not know is way around town. We expected a super clean, immaculate, proper working limo for $900, with exceptional service and I am very sad to say that was not what we received. I would like to give a better review and a higher star rating, for this company, but I can not. I would like my money refunded or another vehicle to make up for this horrible experience.

Words could never describe the amount of pride that I hold in my heart for Apollo's Chariots
For 5 years now I have been organizing benefits for our nation's severely injured warriors. Apollo's Chariots has been there from the very first benefit and will be till the last (which is no time soon).
Josh of Apollo's Chariots has always been courteous, respectful, ON TIME and very caring, as well as, helpful of our chosen warrior and their family.
I was passed on to Apollo's Chariots through the advice of a friend several years ago and would never think of looking elsewhere for anyone else to ever escort our nation's hero/warrior to any event organized by me. Apollo's Chariots will forever be the "official" limousine of all events organized by me now and in the future.
Thank you Josh!

We chose this vendor for our wedding sendoff and also for shuttle service for our wedding guest transport. We were disappointed with both.
Contrary to what they say on their website about weddings, the luxury sedan that picked us up at our wedding sparkler sendoff did not have a bow on the car, a red carpet, a just married sign and champagne. We mentioned this to Josh at Apollo’s Chariots, and he gave us no response.
The shuttle service was super horrible. After our honeymoon we reached out to our guests for feedback. They all reported that when the driver was grumpy the whole time. They said the driver was called at the last minute as a substitute and he was disgruntled. The shuttle arrived to take them to the wedding the driver refused to allow them board. He told them he needed to talk with the person in charge. They told him the people in charge were getting married within the hour, and were therefore not reachable. The guests were frantic and worried they would not make it to the wedding. The guests called the venue and there was no one to help. The hotel attendant also had to get involved. Finally after a good while the driver allowed them to board. They arrived twenty minutes later than they were scheduled, barely in time for the ceremony.
This account of what our experienced is counter to what we expected for them when we hired Apollo Chariots. We paid for the service so that our guests would ride comfortably to the wedding with no worries. That’s the opposite of what happened.
Our guests also reported that after the wedding the driver did not pull up to the venue to pick them up. They had to walk a distance in the dark using their phone flashlights to find the shuttle. It had rained so they had to slosh around in the dress shoes and heels.
We contacted Josh at Apollos chariots and there was no apology. He defended the driver saying he’s their best. He said the reason the driver delayed the boarding of guests was because they gave the name of the groom and the paperwork he was given from his office only had the brides name, a very very lame excuse that made no sense. If that was the case all he had to do is ask for the brides name. It takes two to get married. Come on!
Josh did not apologize. He defended the driver and only offered the drivers tip refund, which was nowhere enough to compensate us. He never gave us the refund.
If a 0 star was available I would give that instead of a 1.

Rented a 22 person bus for our wedding shuttles. They provided a great service, the van was very nice inside and the AC was strong. They showed up on time and were very responsive by email. They were also reasonably priced and even gave a military discount! Would definitely recommend this service!
Nice & Noble
Where do I begin....
-Driver arrived late and dressed unprofessional.
-Directives were given weeks before reserved date and all drivers were clueless for pick up and drop off locations.
-18 passenger vehicle A.C. didn't work. Even the driver was a sweaty mess. Even working under the hood outside the venue, bringing concerns to my guests. Handle to get in and out of the vehicle wasn't present, myself and the best man slipped getting in and out.
Tried manuevering the air vent for and it fell from the ceiling.
- 3rd vehicle arrived for pickup. Driver in jeans tshirt and sports jacket. Advised my planner to place my personals in the trunk and not the inside of the truck. My wedding belongings (CAKE, FOOD,PICTURES, FLUTES, SERVER SET, HONEYMOON FUND, etc.) HAVE YET to be returned. My planner has contacted Josh via text and phone all week. His replies were very disheartening even asking why I waited a week before asking for my belongings and he was not a delivery service. Rude and unprofessional on my opinion.
I definitely expected more from Apollo for my wedding. Not once did anyone call regarding my belongings left in their fleet. I assumed all vehicles are inspected at the emd of the drivers shifts. They did offer to deliver my items after multiple calls, even scheduled a time and date. I thought that was a nice gesture to correct the situation and bring all dealings to an end. NOT! I remained home ALL DAY. Not one knock on my door from a driver.
My experience was horrible and still awaiting on my items to be returned or hell I'll even come get them just provide a location.
*THIS will be posted to all wedding and review sites.*
Josh and Apollo DO BETTER!

Apollo's Chariot's was my hero the week before the wedding. Our previous transportation service canceled our reservation 3 days before the wedding and left me scrambling to find an alternative in the busiest wedding season! Apollo's Chariots came to my rescue and provided exceptional service to my bridal party. They were incredibly flexible and professional. I highly recommend them to any couple getting married!

I booked Apollo's Chariots for my wedding and they were very quick to respond and reasonably priced. They require gratuity in advance which I COMPLETELY understand, because I think many people fail to tip fairly. Me and my husband always over-tip but after our experience, it left a bitter taste in my mouth that I had to tip before knowing the service we would receive. Our driver, Tony, texted us at noon to confirm our pickup time of 4:15. He said he was from HappyLimo which was very confusing--but I guess Apollo's just outsources the limos At 4:09, the driver texted again letting us know he would be 25 minutes late. Our scheduled pickup time was 4:15!! Being 30 minutes is just not acceptable for a paid service like this on a wedding day - and that is coming from someone who runs 5 minutes late to everything. Our whole ceremony ended up starting 45 minutes late because of the limo fiasco. Tony was nice and friendly, but at times we struggled to communicate with him. The limo was well kept and seemingly clean -- Though I was so stressed out about the time delay that I couldn't really take in anything inside the limo to speak on this 100%. At the end of the night when he dropped us off, he hung out outside the limo just long enough that me and the husband wondered if he was waiting for a tip. Even though we were still bitter about our wedding running late, we still handed him $50 cash. It made me wonder if the company even pays the required 20% gratuity to the drivers! This was the only thing that went really wrong on our wedding day, and I definitely didn't let it ruin the day, but it was REALLY a bummer. If you are stickler for being on time, I would maybe consider another company.

We met the owner of Apollo's Chariots at a Wedding Expo in Orlando. He was kind and courteous, and gave us the information we were looking for. He left us his number, so we could contact him if we choose to book his company. We liked that Josh wasn't pushy, and didn't pressure us into booking that day. We did indeed decide to go with Apollo's Chariots, because their pricing was better than the majority of transportation in Orlando. The billing process, and online portal were difficult to use, and did not always show all of the cars/services we booked, but that was no big deal. We did book, and talked to the owner (Josh) again, but it was a little brief, and like he didn't want to be on the phone, and rushed to get off. The online help wasn't always available, and it was more of a "leave a message we will get back to you" kind of thing.
On the day of the wedding, however, the driver that came to pick us up and was unaware of the area, even though he said he lived here for 30 years. My husband and his groomsmen were late getting to the venue (40-45 min late), which is extreme considering the venue is only 10 minutes away, even with the Florida rain.
That evening, we were picked up by a different driver. We paid for the newlywed package, and did get the red carpet, but the "Just Married" sign, was a small magnet stuck to the side of the vehicle, that we didn't even see until we searched our photos when they were returned, and the chilled champagne was never offered.
We ordered a bus to transport our guests to and from the wedding, and that service worked perfectly.
We give them a 4 out of 5 because the price was great in the area, however, for the price, we expected a little more.
