Agence très réactive. Plusieurs visites ont été programmées dans la journée et le choix est grand et les biens se trouvent dans différents quartiers d'Utrecht, les prix sont variables en accord avec les appartements, il y en a pour tout les goûts. Je recommande chaudement cette agence !

Hebben dit bedrijf vaak i geschakeld vor verhuur van onze 4 appartementen in binnenstad utrecht. Zeer betrouwbaar en ondersteunende partij. Groot eigen netwerk ( expats zeer groot netwerk).

B&S Rental Service found our dream apartment 🙂

We had an excellent experience and we were pleased to work with B&S Rental Service finding our rental in Utrecht.

Maurits was very helpful and professional in helping us renting an apartment in Utrecht. He was committed to great service from beginning to end of the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions. All responses were friendly, prompt and professional. He was attentive, knowledgeable and available at any time.

Most important to mention is, Maurits was able to get us in an apartment while my boyfriend was living in Rotterdam and I was living in Germany. He made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible!!

We can’t speak highly enough of B&S Rental Service. We would recommend the agency unreservedly.

6y ago, when I moved to the Netherlands, this agency helped me get a really cool rental house in a great neighbourhood in Utrecht.

We started looking for a new place to rent at the beginning of '23 and it seemed B&S remains one of the higher quality realtors of Utrecht. Great property selection, and overall a positive service. We didn't find our new place via them, but they offered very good follow up and service in our search. Bonus points: during one of the viewings, when we asked the realtor some questions, they were answered with great transparancy and honesty. A+

It was so easy to find an apartment with B&S. We were contacted for an apartment viewing and upon arrival, communication was so clear and our realtor, Maurits Apol was friendly and insightful in any questions we had. My partner speaks Dutch but I only speak English and Maurits talked to us in both language 🙂

The apartment we got is well-located and perfectly suitable to make us feel at home. During the apartment selection process, B&S also made it really simple and transparent with their documents and Maurits was really fast with communication.
