This is the second time they helped me out in a jam. This time there was a kitten hiding in my engine that wouldn’t come out! Lily took the time to walk slowly next to my car from my home to the shop in case the kitten fell out . They were so kind as to allow my car to stay indoors overnight until the kitten came out on its own. Such professional, caring people who can assist with many types of automobile situations. They saved a kitten’s life, who has since been adopted by close friends of mine.

Friendly and communicate! I got my 3piece wheels powder coated and color match. I told them how meticulous I am and that I expect nothing less and they just did that. I was always kept updated on the status and delivered as promised well maybe extended a few days but kept me posted which is the main KEY here. This past experience I have notice communication from other businesses is NOT THEIR PRIORITY!!!! So if you wanted update you will have to call them sometimes everyday when they started remembering your number and put your call to VM!!!!!

While driving, I experienced a flat tire due to a nail puncture. Necessity led me to a tire shop where the female owner quoted $35 for a patch. Given the circumstances, I requested a price adjustment, which was unfortunately refused. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment, especially during emergencies requiring assistance.
