BEWARE! The auto soft touch wash gladly took my credit card but when I entered the bay, it sounded like it was starting up but then shut down and gave the green light to exit. The touch-less bay has been out of service for weeks and no one was in the office to refund my money. This place is going downhill fast!

I don't know when I decided to wash my car here, arrive early to take advantage of the weather and arrive at 8:50 the older man and throw my mats to the ground, He didn't care that I was in front of him. . apparently I was in a hurry to do his job.

Going on probably 3 months with the touch-free wash being out of service and now all the auto wash bays are closed for repairs. I tried to use the self-serve bay and the Coinless app won't work. It's starting to feel like a scam paying a monthly fee for credit and not ever being able to use it. I really hope things pan out with their upgrades soon!

Great Car wash! My car was really bad from traveling and this was most convenient. The only issue is the vending for wet towels and things you need change.

This carwash is a complete mess. I spend $20/month on the membership for nothing as the Touchless bay is always broken.

I’ve tried contacting the number here but they say they do not manage this carwash anymore. Now I have no idea who to contact about my issues with this branch. So frustrating!!!

I am guessing I just need to find a new car wash when the touchless was closed again I had to find a different Bay to go into it left a film all over my car that I couldn't wipe off with my towel when I was done in the parking lot how long the sun was very bright and I couldn't get a picture of it I'm very disappointed in the car wash all at overall there was no soap that came out when I put it on the high pressure wash the rinse cycle seemed the same and then I put it in the no spot rinse and yet there were spots everywhere and I couldn't dry it off fast enough or even enough to get the spots off my car! Also it says hot rents hot wash there is no hot in any of the choices!

Bolt car wash is right in my neighborhood;
We've used them many times. It seems like lately every bay is broken. You pay for a car wash, and it doesn't even wash the car. After many frustrated washes I've decided to switch to Mister car wash. A monthly subscription and you can go as much as you want. Goodbye Bolt! Save some time and just skip this broken down car wash.

The auto car wash works good however, one of the washers rubbed so close it bent my license plate in half, also the air dryer shuts off if you back up. I called the number and they explained why. I asked them if they have a membership, he responds back "we generate enough revenue not to scam people". Didn't seem like he even cared about my concerns. Will find another place to wash my car.
