Brockton Medical Transportation is the best. From the time I made the initial call to inquire about their rates to when my nephew was transported home my family received exceptional service. Luis and Alexander were the drivers and they went above and beyond to assist my family. We had some challenges getting my nephew in the room because the wheelchair was too big. Luis and Alexander managed to get my nephew comfortably in his bed. Luis and Alexander are the reason we use Brockton Medical Transport again.

It was with some trepidation that I faced my need for ambulance transport to my doctor appointment. I had had an unsatisfactory transport with another company in the past. My experience on this trip today, however, was outstanding. The techs took me from my bedside all the way into the doctors office on the gurney. They were kind and professional caring about my comfort. This was wonderful since I cannot walk and I have a very painful open wound on my lower back. After my appointment, the techs brought me back to my bedside at home. I highly recommend Brockton Medical Transport for anyone who needs such a service. If I need ambulance transport in the future I will surely use Brockton Medical Transport again.
