I'm incredibly grateful for the service I received- Matt showed up in about 20 min and went above and beyond to help me find a safe place to leave the vehicle, since it was midnight and not many mechanic shops where I live have un-gated lots (Los Angeles). It was a lot of troubleshooting and me not knowing what to do, but he was nothing but patient and helpful until we got the car somewhere safe to leave it. The guy is also mad funny. Would recommend to anyone!

Cal’s Towing went above and beyond for my young son and I who were stuck stranded on the side of the road in over 100° heat, when AAA continued delaying times. They expected me to sit on the side of the road at one point for over six hours, at night, waiting for a tow. I was here on Friday to pick up my car that had been towed here several days before. I'm glad to say that my car was in the exact condition that it was left as and my purse and personal belongings were all there. Noah and his receptionist are very polite and courteous and definitely treated me with great customer service and have better prices than other towing companies that I have came across in the past. 💯

Stuck at stater bros. In calimesa. Truck wouldn't start. I thought my roadside assistance through my car insurance coulls get me towed for free. It's free only if they would answer the phone. On Hold for 45 min and now I'm really irritated. I called Cals cause they were only a mile away. They picked up on the first ring, not a problem they can have a tow truck there in 45 min to an hour. They called back in 10 min and said he'd be there in 5 min. It was the boss of the company that showed up. Great guy! Got me towed to my mechanis garage- $100. Although I felt the price was a little high I understand that I'm paying for fast service so I didn't mind at all. Now I'll just submit my receipt to my insurance and hopefully get reimbursed. Thanks Cal for getting me where I needed to get to. Much appreciated!

Noah at Cal's towing was the most pleasant and professional person I have felt with in a very long time. Having been in retail for 30 years myself I was happy to have someone else who has ethics and customer service skills. Everyone there went above and beyond to help me with a very difficult situation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance. I can't say enough about how helpful they were. Hopefully I won't be in a situation to need them but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to call them .
