The service department makes me regret buying a Mercedes. I've taken my car for noises that that it didn't make when I first bought it and all they told me is that it's normal. I showed them a video of Something that my car Wasn't doing before and all they said was it's normal. And when I told him it's not normal because it never did it before all the manager could answer with is we could handle it next time.

The absolute worst place ever. No one here honors their word. Joe Castro the manager is so unkind it's ridiculous. They never accept you in for an appointment tell you one thing and then don't follow through, give you the run around. Tell you everything they can't do without even trying. Please you guys listen to me save yourself the frustration. I honestly wish, I just wish I would have saved myself. The worst. They call you a liar all the time it's bad. Never experienced Customer Service like this. Its terrible.

Clean and nice service area with helpful service advisers specially Sam one of the service managers, but the dealership is lack of technicians to work on the cars I guess they are understaffed.
I am glad they have given me a nice loaner car for almost 2 weeks for a simple lighting issue

If I could give zero stars, I would. My brand new car with 800 miles on the clock that I literally had it for three weeks was held hostage by this service department for a mind-boggling month! They did absolutely nothing, zero, zilch and I could see that on the app!!!! Oh, except for lying through their teeth every time I called.

The incompetence here is astounding. this was a frustrating experience is an understatement.

I was promised updates that never came, and every time I reached out, it was a different excuse. It's as if they had a competition for the most creative lie!

Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This place is a black hole for cars and customer service.

Daniel Robles helped me with my vehicle last week and he was just amazing. He explained everything with detail , great costumer service , answered all my questions and he even made extra calls to confirm about the issues and repairs on my car . If you ever go here I 100% recommend to go by him and no one else. He will truly go to the extend for costumers satisfaction . Thank you Daniel!

Thank you Andy Siquina for making my non appointment emergency flat tire a quick and easy turnaround. I was dreading taking my car to the Mercedes dealer but I am glad I did because of Andy.

Noel Stevenson always provides exceptional service. He is not only very professional but highly personable, accommodating pleasant and efficient. There are other Mercedes service centers closer by where we live, but its worth it for us to go all the way to Glendale because we have never been disappointed with quality of service we get from here.
