I contacted more than ten towing companies, and Chris offered the most reasonable quote and was very friendly. He arrived promptly at my parking location around 8 PM when it was quite cold outside. He kindly invited us into his vehicle to stay warm, which was very considerate. He is a trustworthy and warm-hearted person. Highly recommended. 强烈推荐🩷🩷

Was in a car accident and i wasnt sure what to do. And lots of other tow truck companies were over charging just to pick up my vehicle and me, and move it a few miles to where i needed to go. Unlike CJs towing gave a me a great price and arrived promptly! Thanks Chris!

This tow truck company damaged my car during a tow on 7/25/2024. The company has acknowledged fault, but refuses to provide insurance information or pay for damages directly. I will be suing in small claims court. The owner/manager Chris claimed he was going to resolve this on Friday 8/2/2024, but has instead stopped responding to messages. Chris has been dishonest, and this company should not be trusted.

My car was parked in long term covered LAX party at a well known hotel. When I returned home my car had no tires or wheels. The fact that the garage had a low roof and that the lug nuts were gone made getting car out and to the repair show really challenging. CJ was energetic, creative, very responsive and also fun to work with. Highly recommended.

Absolute worst situation I’ve ever been in. Had a rental car break down and needed a tow back to the rental company. Driver left me on the side of the road more than 2 miles from the correct rental company. I call back and get told “we aren’t a taxi service”. Seriously unprofessional.

All was well with the driver Dany. We didn't have to wait too super long, and he was really helpful in assisting us with out broken down rental car. We were told by the road side assistance that he would also bring us back to the rental car place to get our replacement car. Well he KIND OF DID, he dropped us off on the side of the road by a different rental company that was miles away from the one we needed!! Then when I called the company I was told basically to screw off and they are not a taxi service! Which is completely unacceptable! Very unprofessional and extremely rude when you are in an area far away from your home. Good thing it was the rental agency paying them, because I would not of given them a dime!!

Chris was super helpful, price was very fair and he kept in touch throughout the process. He made sure we knew who was the driver, where he was at all times and kept us in the know throughout the transaction. very professional. super helpful. It made a very difficult and frustrating experience a little bit better.
