On 11/25/23 one of their drivers that they claim are independent contractors slammed into my new to me 2020 f150. This driver was not paying attention to the road infront of him and literally ran into my fiance going about 65 mph on 78 when my fiancé stopped for the traffic ahead of him. It’s been months and the driver never reported it to insurance and when I called the company to get this settled they told me the drivers should have insurance for it LOL,he called my insurance demanding we pay, we pay for someone who slammed into us totaling our car aka he probably doesn’t have insurance. So next time you think about getting in a classic taxi think about your life and safety and also the people on the road. If they cause the accident they believe they are not at fault or their uninsured drivers are at fault and unfortunately you probably won’t see a dime from it cause they don’t have proper insurance (thankfully I have full coverage) so I’m sure they’ll have to pay ?. But They would’ve killed my fiance if he wasn’t driving a pick up truck that day. So if you value your life and time and money don’t get into any of their taxi cabs.

Gm to all today early morning I called for a cab and the dispatcher was very very rude to me unnecessarily I ask for the price since I always call this cab company and lately prices have been changing I wanted to make sure of the prices. I told him that every nite I pay nine dollars but the guy last nite was charging me way more. He told me the price and I ask him why prices change and he yelled at me and was very rude. This is not nice because if people did not have the need to call a cab you guys would be out of service. So please be kind and respectful to people especially early in the morning. Have a good day.

Terrible service, there are better taxi companies. In my experience, they answered me poorly, being my first time calling, very bad, they have no ethics for the clients, I hope they improve the service.

I would give this a zero rating if i could, My grandmother called for a taxi and ened up waiting about 20 minutes for a call back. when we were called they had said the driver just arrived and i immediately went downstairs; when i got down there i was met by an agressive and rude driver claiming he had been waiting upwards of ten minutes (if we had just been called how were we supposed to know). i place a bag in there and ask him to wait a sec as i have to get more laundry bags he tells me to put all the bags in the trunk, AND AS I CLOSE THE DOOR TO GO CIRCLE BACK HE SPEEDS OFF. my grandmother has told me this isn’t the first time she gets treated like this and i hope non of you commission this company so to avoid this treatment

It’s 8:11 at night and I’m basically stuck in the rain in the middle of Newark at night. The woman dispatcher was extremely rude to me and hung the phone up on me. Mind you I use this service every single day and I spend way too much money to get treated in this manner of disrespect. For now on I am just going to have to spend my money elsewhere… August,17

Every day this company drops off parents by an elementary school in Bloomfield and everyday they blow through the stop signs, crosswalks & crossing guards, with people crossing!!! When I called to speak to a manager he did not care what so ever! Apparently they don’t even keep track of rides! Shameful.
