Olivia was absolutely fantastic, she went up and beyond to make sure that my query was answered. The best customer service by miles, the responses was always prompt and efficient. There was always a solution with all the issues I faced. Whenever I asked a question the customer service did not only provide an answer she also pointed how to solve the problem by sending a link or a number.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company asks for a high upfront amount and then there are hidden charges (such as needing to verify amounts with a third party £15), this was not mentioned before. It was difficult to navigate their website and I ended up paying twice because of it, further it took two weeks to get the document. This was only after mentioning I wanted to cancel the service and get a refund. Companies like this should not be allowed.

Their online system was easy to use and a fluid process.

Customer service was excellent, especially someone called Olivia from the application support team (don't know her second name).

She helped with a difficult situation and was patient and quick to respond.

I will definitely use them again in the future.

I would like to thank so much Miss Olivia who had help me out with my DBS, as she replied my enquirers quickly, giving me all the support I needed. The service is strait forward, although a bit expensive comparing with Portugal and Spain but I got what I need on time. Thanks a lot!

Used this company for my dog walking DBS and I needed it quick time! I got it in less than 24 hrs! Worth every penny, staff were more than helpful and quickly assisted me on both sides, I’m not great with technology! I will definitely used this company again in the future… very happy which the whole service… thank you!

They ask for upfront high cost of 80+ pounds. Once paid there are hidden fees of 12+ pounds in order to simply upload documents (through a partner agency). Although they work with the government they have high scammer fees for no reason and without the additional fee you have paid for nothing and will receive nothing. Do not use them at any cost - go through the pain of the official gov website. There's a reason they have paid for a sponsored spot in the google search bar, just crooks...Plain and simple.
