I brought my 2018 Nissan Rogue there to get my transmission repaired and it took over 4 months to get it repaired. I had to rent a car all that time, which cost me a few thousand dollars. It was done 2 months before I picked it up, because the owner said they were waiting on a check from Carshield, but the check had been there almost since I brought the car in to be repaired! So, I spent $3000 more than I should have on a rental car. That was about a year and a half ago. I started having problems with my rear differential recently and found out that they never put the bolts back in, which caused my car to shake, which caused the differential housing to crack. I'm more than disappointed with them. I forgot to mention that when I went to get my car, they couldn't find my car keys for about 30 minutes!!!

Cliffs did a great job on my Tahoe,they were accurate on diagnosis and repair ,service was fast I had my vehicle back within a week Vicky was awesome in communication with me throughout the process,,I will use there services again when needed

Very unhappy with their service as far as the timing and process. Took my car to get a transmission repair on my 2008 Ford Escape. It was fixed. The process took forever, and I left their shop with a flat tire. I dropped my car off three weeks ago. Four days later than I was supposed to drop it, stating the were booked on the day "they told me" to bring it. Because of this, they assured me they would knock 10% off. After I brought it in it took them two days to get a hold of me to find out if they can get the part ordered. I went in and gave them the down payment, which was over two weeks ago. I called Tuesday September 3 for a probable status, they said by the end of the week it should be ready. I called Friday, September 6, for an update. They then said this week it would be ready. They delivered on that, but promised last week they would have gotten it fixed. The timing and process took forever. They should have been prepared from the very start instead of me having to play the waiting game. Oh yeah, and my flat tire.

Classic bait and switch operation. First we were told a week repair that ended up taking 3 and a half weeks. We were given one price as an estimate ended up costing over 1000.00 more. Buyers beware!!!

Cliff's transmission is it top quality auto shop and take very good care of their customers? Never been dissatisfied with their work and Vicky is a great person. Whenever you have transmission problems, use them. They will never let you down
