I don’t know about this place man repair prices are crazy high and the fact that they don’t put your mower back together just because you decline the repair after the diagnostic it’s crazy. So I declined the repair a few weeks ago and picked up my mower put it in the garage and I’m just now getting around to putting this thing back together. Come to realize they put an authentic older model carburetor that is rusted in the bag of “my parts “when I turned it in with aaftermarket carburetor that was brand new. I just received my replacement carburetor in the mail because the shop said it was faulty but now I can’t return the old one because they didn’t give it back to me so now I’m out of luck.

Long story short brought my equipment here for electrical issues. They fixed something I didn’t ask for and of course that didn’t fix the initial problem I brought it here for.
Then continues to tell me I have to take it and do something else in order for it to work.

I paid you to fix it not give me GOOGLE advice.

I don't think it is fair you spend a large amount of money on your mower and when the same thing happens again the say 30 days and you have to pay all over again. Not to mention I found some of the same parts they put on my mower on Amazon so much cheaper then what they charged me. ?

I was completely disappointed not only in the customer service by the OWNER which was extremely poor but also in the length of time they had my machinery that needed to be fixed. After waiting two months for them to get back to me, and getting the run around every time I called to follow up, they told me they sent a text message that I somehow never received to come pick up my machine. . I gave a 200$ deposit and was supposed to pay a balance of another 200$ when the work was complete. I made one last attempt to reach them and they finally told me my machine was ready. When I went to pick up my machine they told me they wouldn’t release it to me unless I paid an exorbitant fee of 500$ for storage because they claimed it had been ready for pick up a long time ago. I wasn’t aware of this since I never received a text message or a phone call stating this, and when I called them I continually got the run around! They also made no attempt to come to any sort of resolution with me. So on top of the terrible experience, the poor customer service, and and the blatant lying, in my opinion they have basically stolen my machine.. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone.

I brought my leave vacuum to them on a Thursday. I got a text message on Saturday morning saying that it was ready for pickup unfortunately I didn't realize that they close Saturday at 1:00 p.m.! Lol!.
But when I picked it up I had an itemized receipt of what was done.. I didn't realize that they changed my oil change, spark plug, sharpen my blades you name it. Good price and great turnaround time.. Good customer service no issues at all friendly!!
I can't say anything bad about this company. I'm gracious for them!!! Thank you guys!

They replaced the part, but didn’t check to see if it worked?‍♀️. So now I’m out of money and the lawnmower.?‍♀️

About 12 or 13 years ago when father and son were both running it and they Had help.was a great place to have work done and purchase items. They will be out of business Soon. If the old man had not left him everything free and clear he couldn't handle it. They used to have a good reputation and I have personally spent thousands of dollars on a equipment there. Go to Sands Small engine repair in Windsor if you want a honest truthful deal for the best price. He is a great mechanic.

I was very impressed at the customer service at first. Seemed knowing that I was going to get the correct part, at the same time saying that it fits all models. Well the part came in wrong and they charged me a special order fee. They sold me the wrong part! I had my manual at the time and they told me that it superseded. The part came in wrong and had the part in stock the whole time. Never got a refund on the fee...and the part was more expensive. Never doing business again with this company.
