At first this company was great! I was late one month on a payment because I switched jobs so I had to wait for a check. First Daniel was rude! So I asked for a supervisor well the manager Angel was even more unprofessional than Daniel. They acted like I was months late and presumed to threaten me multiple times! I stayed in communication the whole time letting them know I was getting paid on the 10th and they would have the payment. Bright and early they has some other unprofessional rude kid calling me two times within 2 hours so I ask for a manager. Again Angel no class no professionalism! Who knows what he did to get that position! Well they got the payment so I called and Hugo answered and was great! He apologized for all of the rude disrespectful bullies! I do not recommend this company to anyone! Angel Daniel and the other rude worker it’s not over I will be finding out who the top person of this company is and I will be reporting you all!

Worst company in the history of finance company's. Do not ever finance from this place. The cars sucks they will constantly break down on you. All they care about is money. They do not treat you like a valued customer. They are extremely rude. If the car breaks down they say they will help you fix it but when it comes down to paying for the repairs they will then turn around and try to hit you for fraud saying they never authorized it and your trying to fraudulently have the repair shop fix it under their dime. Good thing I kept all messages and recorded them on the phone. Did contact the BBB stay far away from this place as possible. I regret ever purchasing there car. So much I let it get repoed. I'd rather deal with that then deal with them. Got a way better car and better financing better price and payment. Screw this place and the owner.

One thing I will say is this company is very understanding when it comes to a “hard time” as long as you are truthful and honest they will help you out. If you receive a call from Melissa you better have all your information together cause she’s about business in a very professional way. Thank you CLS for always being there for me and my family you all are family till I pay this car off. ♥️♥️♥️

I've had nothing but a wonderful experience working with CLS. The customer service is friendly and efficient. The application, approval and funding process are super quick and hassle free.
They approved me when no one else would, with barely a 530 credit score, gave me a great percentage rate and low payments.
They have treated me like a valued customer from the start. I will definitely finance my next car through them and I recommend CLS.

Don’t be fooled by the four and below star rating, this company handles business. I was involved in a terrible accident and they still were willing to give me a loan after realizing the accident wasn’t my fault and that my insurance would pay out. I would like to personally thank Don for helping me with the matter and for making sure I was taking care of. Seriously paying on time and ahead will definitely guarantee good service at any credit lending company. Don stayed up on things and even when I call in, they always answer the phone on the first ring. Very good company and great customer service.

I don't agree with the rest of the comments. I lost my job a week before my first payment and have been late every single payment for 3 or 4 months. Instead of going straight to repose my car and be rude (I used to work in collections they could have been rude if they wanted to be) they asked what is going on with me and had understanding. The manager Don and the senior collector Omar teamed up together and figured out a way to wait and give me a millionth chance rather then reposing my car after being 33 days late!! There very nice and polite on the phone I didn't feel disrespected I felt an understanding. After blocking the number numerous time they called me with other numbers and TALKED WITH ME to figure out a plan. Don and omar understand sometimes life happens although they are still concerned with there buisness. By the end of the day, they didn't have to work things out with me but they did.

Because of Don and Omar I slept better at night knowing if I woke up my car would still be there even after being late 30 days and breaking a bunch of promises. I was given a chance to get back on my feet.

If you communicate with them and come with a DECENT attitude and not act like the collectors are the problem, they will work with you. After all, what do you except a auto loan bank to do when you owe them money and you aren't answering your phone?

Honestly, I thank CLS for getting me approved for the car I liked. It’s been downhill from there. Customer service is nice. There are a few knowledgeable people but I started running into a large issue of people not communicating with each other, one would say one Thing and the other would say something completely different... then you get the manager and she tells you something different then the other 2 and when I told manager Jocelyn that I was not ever going to use them she was like ok... listen word of mouth for a business is an extremely big deal. It can be the difference between having a consumer go to you or someone else and mark my words I will never use them again or recommend them. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. After that interaction with the manager that was completely clueless to what was going on prior and completely not willing to even look into it. No thanks, I took my business elsewhere about a month ago.

I don't usually write reviews but I see James wrote one after his car was unfortunately repossessed. So was mine and I redeemed it and when I got my car back it was in the same condition it was in when they took it! The reps at the repo lot where friendly too!! (If you go on James page there are many bad reviews from other car people he's dealt with so I'm not sure how honest he's being)so if you're thinking about getting a loan with them don't be discouraged. They don't want your car they want your money you can't have it both ways! Chad the owner and Don do an amazing job helping when you fall behind but they can only do so much. It's a really small office but the staff can be really nice especially Moses and Mariah is my favorite, but then again they're all nice so don't want to single anyone out! Nothing but nice things to say about the company- I've never had a problem with anyone here not even the repo company they work with. I gave these people hell and they still managed to work with me. I don't have any complaints with this company!
