Excellent Care is the only transport company I trust to get my disabled wife to all of her medical appointments. Edgar is extremely professional and reliable and always puts her at ease, even in very stressful situations. We never have any worries about getting to our destination safely and on time, and their rates are very affordable. If I could give more than five stars, they've earned them.

Excellent Care Transportation provide transportation for me twice in the last month for medical purposes. These appointments required round trip transport and pick up was an initially undetermined hours later. But in both situations, the driver was punctual and professional. I am not use to depending on strangers for transportation, especially for critical medical procedures, but Excellent Care Transportation was wonderful - a truly dependable service.

5+ rating. Edgar and Joe are top notch. When your loved ones need medical transportation it's yet another thing to manage/worry about. I called many transportation companies as I like to do my research on the best option for my Mom. Let me save you many hours on the phone and waiting for return calls. And hire Excellent Care Transport.

We were lucky when St. Vincent scheduled transportation for my Mom to a skilled nursing facility. My Mom's discharge date was a moving target and Edgar was very understanding and accommodated the trip. Edgar was very professional and trust came to mind. They are always early and get you to your appointment the same. We knew my Mom needed additional transportation for follow up visits and acute dialysis. I did not hesitate to call Edgar and setup the recurring trips. Since we needed their services (recurring) he was very accommodating on a senior budget. Like I said, I want to give back to those going through what I did to tell you I will hire Excellent Care Transport again.

I work at a nursing home and of our residents was abandoned at the hospital with no return ride back home by another medical transportation company. I called Excellent Care on a whim and they were able to pick up my resident within 30 minutes. They really saved the day and our facility will absolutely be using their services in the future!
