DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not answer the phone and are not responsive. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure if they are lying about ordering parts or not... 2 weeks out now and still no reply. They were the assigned company from American Home Shield. Obviously, they were not vetted well. But then again they work the same way American Home Shield work...horribly!

I have been without a refrigerator for a month waiting for this company to confirm the status of the part they claim they ordered. I have called over several times. This company was recommended through American Homeshield and my claim has been escalated. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I would give this company zero starts for unprofessionalism and customer service.

This company was sent to me through American Home Shield home warranty service. My request was sent on the 12th and they came out on the 17th with 2 technicians. They said that my appliance was not repairable and then never sent in the diagnosis form to AHS so now I am stuck waiting for another week to get my appliance replaced because AHS and myself cannot get in contact with Gm Appliance Service. Horrible customer service and no-one return phone calls.

The first time I called, a woman answered the phone. I asked if it was a business, and she said “no” before hanging up on me. I eventually reached them and was given an arrival window. They arrived 40 minutes before the scheduled time. They couldn’t service my washing machine because they couldn’t see the leak. I explained that I would have turned it on if they had come at the expected time. They evaluated my washing machine and determined a part needed to be ordered. When I called back to reschedule, I called two days in a row and left messages, but no one answered or returned my calls. I had to contact my home warranty company, American Home Shield, to get a response. Horrible customer service.

Never use this contractor. He took weeks to compete my repair. As a result
additional damage was caused. No one answer the phone. And the voice mail is often full. Horrible!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. American Home Shield assigned my repair to them in September, they came out in October said they had to order a part. It is now the end of December. Called and left several messages during this time, which they never returned. I have called American Home Shield almost every day, the last 2 weeks, their employees English is hard to understand and they keep saying give it 24-48 hours. I finally get the repair scheduled and it’s on a day I’m unavailable so I call again to try to reschedule again no answer. I’m beyond frustrated at this point and will be dropping American Home Shield.

I'd give ZERO stars. Dishwasher flooded even worse after they left. Now, no one will answer or return my calls. Scheduled through American Home Shield. Now my basement ceiling is leaking through. They clearly had no clue what they were doing NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!! They know they can't fix anything, but they'll take your money and ghost you!

I've been waiting since February for parts to my dryer thru AHS. GM don't answer their phone most of the time. They promise to give a update on the status of the parts and dont. This is the worse CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED. There is no way this company should be in business. I never right reviews to damage anyone's repetation. BUT GM DESERVES THIS. STRAIGHT TRASH
