I have been using Global off and on for almost a decade . They have always provided me with flawless service and I have given them the most difficult circumstances. There was a period when the microphone on my phone wouldn't work at one of my. I weekly destenations that I didn't know when to have them pick me up and they bent over backwards to make sure I had a ride in min and what car t o look for. Drivers are friendly and safe. Luis is the best . Everyone from reservations to management go the extra mile to make sure you arrive to your appointment s on safely on time while making your day a little brighter.

These clowns picked up my package and have demanded an additional 300.00 dollars to deliver my package and sims auto parts off face book where I purchased the part is not helping .

I have to have transportation to and from appointments. Jimmy has been my driver almost from day 1. He is very nice and easy to carry on conversations, and if you don’t feel like talking. Jimmy will not ask you anything. He is an asset to Global Transportation. Thank you Jimmy

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional n incomputant. Customer service is the worst. I asked to speak to the head of the company n they refused. They kept sending me to a girl named jessie shes not responding n doesnt care. She definitely should not be in a customer service position! The driver never showed up for my appointment n today another guy pulled up in my driveway n made a scene screaming at 8am in the middle of my driveway n woke up my whole neighborhood!!!!! No apologies from global at all. N no head of the company has called me.

Global Trans Services, Inc. and I have been working well together. I read the other reviews and noticed one that said there was much miscommunication. I can see how that could happen with the company. Monica and I have miscommunicated but it is human to error and when/if there is an issue Monica is quick to resolve it. I also think people mistake Monica's short texts as rude. She is just very busy and is a minimal communicator for the sake of efficiency. If you have a misunderstanding with Monica (or anyone else there), send them a message asking for a meeting or a call. They will get back to you soon. Thanks, GTS -- for being a great partner!

Worst customer service ever, I have spoken to a Jesi she is so unprofessional and rude, then was transfer to a Marinela or something like that even worse she said she runs the show there and didnt even let me speak horrible. I hope the owner or ceo or president of this organization takes this matter seriously because people should be treated with respect. I will be contacting the insurance carrier and also file a complaint

Very DISHONEST company to work with. The employees are incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. M.Santos FAILED to do her job properly, LIED to cover it up, and cost us HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. We will NEVER associate ourselves with Global Trans Services again...
