Always on time, staff is cool cause they conversate, never had any issues. The wait time to get through to an operator to schedule ur ride can be a long wait at times that's why I'm giving 4 stars.

First thing, I'm very happy to be able to get a ride to my medical appointments.

The last trip I had scheduled with local medical transportation, but was switched to GOBI. My appointment went as scheduled. I called the driver that I was told to call, and NOBODY ANSWERED!!! Of course it was raining. GOBI is good for going out of town. GOBI is not good for in-town trips. Everytime, yes everytime, I have to call the individual driver for pickup. Sometimes they answer, but not always. I tell the dispatch how long the appointment is. I can tell the drop-off driver how long the appointment is scheduled. I still end up having to call for my return trip home. Even then, I have to wait for the transport to get me.

La Grande is a pretty small town. Last appointment I had the local transport scheduled but was switched to GOBI. My Dr is about 1.5 miles away from my house. When the appointment was over I called the driver who was supposed to pick me up (the appointment did not go over) NOBODY ANSWERED!!! I called the local transport and they told me (politely) that they didn't have GOBI's phone #. I called my wife and she called GOBI dispatch. They said I was going to have to wait another 45 MINUTES!!! I was lucky that the local bus was about 5 minutes away so that's how I got home.

If you need medical transportation in La Grande, ask for a medical transportation ride and be sure to ask not to be changed to GOBI.
