Received a robocall (which I hate), but after seeing my monthly premium go from $666.32 to over $774, I returned the call. I had one more day to respond before open enrollment ended, so I thought, what the heck. I spoke with a gentleman named Ed, who was extremely friendly (genuine, not contrived), and very helpful. He was able to lower my monthly premiums by $254.00, and still enjoy the same coverage as well as keep my same primary doctor. Luckily, I'm healthy with no preexisting conditions, so that may have helped me save, although I'm sure just about anyone could do a little better with the many coverage choices provided. Best of all, I didn't feel like I was being "sold," or pressured into anything. I appreciate that, since nothing turns me off faster than talking with a slick salesperson. Ed was the opposite. He explained everything very thoroughly, and answered my questions. He seemed very genuine.
Hopefully, everyone working for Buy Health Insurance is equally as nice. Time will tell, but so far, I'm quite happy.

Wasn't looking forward to signing up for healthcare again. Had some yucky experiences previously and I wasn't feeling great. Called the number on the computer screen and got Healthy Halo Insurance Services. Scott, the rep. Was personable and even made me laugh. AND he was familiar with the area where I live. (Bonus). He asked me a few questions about my current needs and recommended the perfect plan for me. It was even much cheaper than I expected. I actually enjoyed the experience. It was like real old-fashioned person to person service! Scott explained the plan and the process clearly and simply in language I could understand. Bravo!

Very Informative and Helpful!
Cameron was very patient and knowledgeable about the different health care options. He made it a lot easier for my husband and I to choose the best plan for us. He made sure it fit our price range without compromising the coverage. He followed up with us so we didn't miss our deadline. Overall, very satisfied!

Mr. Parker was very nice, informative and polite. I didn't have to wait on the phone for an hour to get service. He got me a major health plan, vision & dental plan and he even got me a cancer insurance policy at a reasonable price that I can afford. Yes, I would recommend Mr. Parker to my friends and family. In fact, my daughter, D Stewart, recommended me to Healthy Halo. I think she should get a gift card too! Thanks!

I had an excellent experience with healthy halo and the agent I spoke to Aaron Edgemon in particular. I was in over my head and a bit stressed out trying to shop around by myself and so I decided to call. Aaron made things so much easier and took a great weight off of my shoulders. He found a plan that met my needs without exceeding what I was able to pay he was extremely helpful and very friendly.

I was extremely skeptical when I first called but was lucky enough to get Ray on the phone with me. He was very patient and answered all my questions and immediately put me at ease. Both representatives I spoke with Ellie and Sherrie were really helpful I was nervous before I called because I’ve never signed up for anything like this before and they answered all my questions to the fullest and really took care of me as a customer it’s a huge relief to have help like that and I really appreciate it. Very very friendly and I never felt like I was being rushed even when the questions I asked seem to me like they might have been dumb questions it was a relief and a good experience. And best of all I now have health insurance.

I'm working with Ellie and Elea right now. They're both awesome so far. I'm helping my dad who barely speaks English to get enrolled into Medicare and one of advantage/supplemental plans. Ellie is always responsive. She has answers to all of my questions. She redirects my calls to the right person if she doesn't know answers. Elea is a licensed Medicare specialist (highly recommend). She is very helpful, polite, explains things in an easy way. The USA health insurance market is tricky. It is very nice to have a professional like Elea handy. Thank You!
