Ayant un problème de pression d'un pneu sur la voiture au bout de quelques jours ,l'agence nous a immédiatement échangé la voiture sans aucun problème.
Dirigeant et personnel très sympathique malgré nos difficultés à nous faire comprendre en anglais . Merci.

Booked a car there for the first time and everything was perfectly fine in my case.

From pickup to return everything was good. We received a clean and reliable car.

I asked to extend my rent for one day and it only costed me $10 plus (depending on what time you’ll return the next day, if I remember correctly an additional day is charged from 4pm). Got my security deposit back quickly after car return.

Very good first experience.

Unfortunately I can’t comprehend some of the bad reviews, since I didn’t stumbled upon anything negative.

Very poorly managed... I made the mistake of selecting the manager's special from this location. I booked a one-way car rental from this location to Santa Rosa 500 Mi away.. when I got there they told me my car wasn't ready because it needed to be charged.. they were giving me a Tesla as the special which wouldn't even come close to making the trip. I told them I'm not driving an electric car 500 miles. They would not give me another car, instead, they told me to take the car and drive to Los Angeles airport and exchange it for another car. When I got in the car it had a range of 35 Mi on it. I barely made it to Los Angeles. I finally got another car and was on my way after a 3-hour delay

Horrible service - don’t book here! I booked a 7 passenger SUV through orbitz. Then called 5 days before the rental to confirm the rental which they did. Got a confirmation email 3 days before my reservation to confirm it again. Then 2 days before my reservation, I get a text that says they can’t accommodate my reservation due to not having the vehicle. This was on a Saturday at 1130am and I’m supposed to pick up the car Monday at 8am. I tried to call the office and nobody picked up - they pretty much told me my reservation couldn’t be guaranteed OVER text and said they’ll reach back out on Monday to let me know for sure. Horrible business operations, communication and management. You can’t just tell somebody their reservation is up in the air less than 48 hours before their reservation and tell them they’ll know for sure when they go to pick up the car. It wrecks your vacation plans and now I’m scrambling to find another rental. Thanks for nothing Hertz! Will never rent from Hertz ever and will pay extra money at another company.

Demand a walk-around / assessment of the car before you rent it. Take your own pictures. This Hertz office charged me for cracks to the windshield that I do not believe I was responsible for; the employees at this Hertz (where I returned the car) admitted that the employees at the office where I'd rented the car had not done their part and provided an internal assessment or photos of the car before renting it to me. I could not prove that I didn't crack the windshield, but they couldn't prove that I did.

Staff was friendly. Although I got stuck with an electric car. Not that big of a fan, since they take a while to charge up and then I was like 45 minutes late returning the car, and ended up getting charged an extra $40 for the late return AND got stuck paying for the power to charge it. So renter beware, if you get stuck in one of those electric cars, just return the battery empty, you'll save money. Update. I did contact them. Waste of my time. From now on I'm using Turo.

They either have a ton of cars or very few, so just make sure you plan ahead or reserve online. They always have quick service. The longest I’ve ever waited is 5 minutes. I use them almost weekly. Dave the manager is a customer focused leader of this great branch!
