She was an awesome Driver. She also, provided excellent customer service. Later, I called into the office to inform staff of my great experience With Dawn Spoke with Mellissa in the office. She was also great. She provided very good. Customer service as well. I recommend InCare for anyone looking for a top notch transportation.service.

I contracted INcareTrans to drive me to and from Saint Francis Hospital South Campus for my 10/9/24 prostate biopsy. They got me there OK but when the nurses called them at approximately 7:35am, while I was in the prep bed, to confirm that they would be responsible for my safety going home, they said they could not. The doctor refused to perform the biopsy until I had a way to get home from someone that would guarantee my safety. I then found another that would guarantee my safety back home.

Their company name “INcareTrans” implies that they would be responsible for my safe transport home; they told the nurses they could not. I paid them out of pocket $81.10. I feel they ripped me off and they may rip you off to. I called them and asked them to refund my $81.10 and I would forget it ever happened; they have not, hence this negative review.

In reply to this review, INcareTrans says they record all phone conversations, and did not receive a call from my nurses. My nurses told me, while I was in the prep bed, they called them and base on that call, they would not perform my biopsy until I had a ride home from someone that would guarantee my safety. Why would my nurses lie?

We want to thank our drivers Nor and Mohamad for prompt, friendly service. We had a mix up with our destination [my husbands error when he booked online, LOL]. Our driver Nor called Melissa, the dispatcher, and she promptly took care of the situation, updated the address information, and got us to the correct location in plenty of time for my appointent with no additional charge. Mohamad picked us up at Optum on West 10th street and got us home, very friendly and helpful. Melissa called my husband to follow up, and he told her how happy and greatful we were for their prompt, friendly, and caring service. This is our second time using the InCare. The first time, Melissa was our driver and did a wonderful job. She was excellent, and her professionalism carried over to her new job as dispatcher. We will use InCare again without hesitation. I scheduled everything with MELISSA and she was so helpful! She fully answered questions I had and even anticipated questions I hadn't even formed yet. She obviously knows her business and how to care for clients and put them at ease, especially if it is their first transport. Her phone calls in follow-up were most appreciated. Her whole demeanor was one of extreme care for the client! So happy to have developed this relationship on behalf of my mom!
Additionally, MOHAMMAD was our driver. He was very professional, prompt, and cordial, taking great care loading Mom in her wheelchair - she didn't move at all during the trip. I was able to ride with so I know he is an excellent driver. We have already scheduled two more trips with INCare Transport. Thanks for giving family members such peace!
