All of my experiences with J-Trans have been pleasant and professional. Their drivers are kind and helpful and I like that they have larger vehicles that are easy to get in and out of, which makes a big difference if you have bad knees and have difficulty getting into small cars.

Whoever was driving the j trans vehicle this morning on 8/28/2024 at 5:45am that ran the stop sign coming from Compas lake onto nortek crossing cr 167 at least 60mph you need to pay attention. And be careful you almost t boned the vehicle right in front of me. Just be more careful please, it could have been alot worse.

J Trans really went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most. We were traveling to Orlando and our rental car broke down in Marianna. We needed to get to Tallahassee to get a new rental car and called J Trans to see if they could help. Even though they had a full schedule, they were able to make a driver available and got us to the rental car location before they closed. The cost was very reasonable and the driver was friendly and drove safely. Great service!

I want to thank the guys who picked me up from the hospital yesterday afternoon. I had a procedure done on my hips and found myself unable to walk. They got me into the van and home safely. They even got me into my house so I could recuperate comfortably. It's been 7 hrs and I'm recuperating, slowly but surely. Thank you again for going the extra mile.

Our driver was courteous and took pride in his job. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. I am in a motorized wheelchair and my fiancé is not. All in all a long trip went extremely well.
