Reply to your comment. It has nothing to do with my time being valuable or not, you missed the point. A baby shouldn't have to be poked and bled out (he just had a transfusion and is already low on blood) because of the negligence of your staff. ?‍♀️

My 13 month old is battling HUS. I made a 2 hour drive down to this lab and they didn't even draw enough blood to do the tests his doctor ordered. I'm very upset about this. He has been poked and prodded for 10 days and has been through enough. They couldn't even get his blood/platelet count because they failed to draw the correct amount. They called this morning to tell me they put in the order. ?‍♀️ His results still haven't been posted on his mychart and it has been 22 hours.
