They came on time and did an excellent job!
I was in need of deep cleaning and was not sure if they could tackle it. Not only did they do the job I asked for, but also did some dusting. That was an unexpected bonus. Great job! Great value.
I am planning on contacting them again to set up something on a regular basis!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I paid them $135 to do 2 hours of cleaning. They showed up at 10:11am and left at 11:34am. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised they did an absolutely horrendous job. They barely touched the floors, glossed over the counter tops and didn’t bother to do the shower. The best part - I contacted the owner and he offered me a $20 credit. That is the same amount of money I had left on the counter for tip. I told him I would dispute the charge on my credit card and he threatened to call the police. So... you receive full payment (plus tip) and are going to send the police to a private property for what? Total moron. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Used them 3 times...1st time they did great. Last 2 times were horrible. I had to clean after they left. Tub still had soap residue on it, floors had spots of milk that my son had spilled in his room. I checked before they left and had them clean 3 spots on the floors. They quickly came from standing outside waiting to leave and went back outside. I had to call them in 3 times and then I was just like forget it just go. I checked kitchen stove after they left and it was still dirty. I had to clean it myself as well as other locations on the kitchen floor. They also cancelled on me last minute and had to reschedule. But I didn't mind that...things come up and accidents happen I get it. But if I'm paying you to clean...it should be cleaned right. I just waisted money and time because I had to clean again myself. I will not be using this service anymore.

These guys are so helpful! I dealt with a complete mess that helps my sister move to a vacated property, and they took care of everything, even asking if we needed help polishing the furniture that remained (as a courtesy). Everything was done quickly and professionally. Super respectful and practical staff, 10/10 will work with them if necessary in the future.

Do not use Lety's Maid Housing Cleaning Services. They will bill your credit card 3 times more then the original agreement/quote. The crew works slowly intentionally so they'll charge you more hours. Additionally, they don't provide good cleaning at all. Stay away from their services.

So happy I found them.
I had a terrible experience from a different company so finding Lety’s was such a relief. Two wonderful ladies came and cleaned quickly and well. Including leaving my oven and microwave sparkly clean which I had struggled with before. They got rid of stains in the sink and tub as well! I will absolutely use them again!

Thanks to google to give a suggestion of Lety's Maid House Cleaning Services. Seriously this is a boring work to do cleaning that's why I have been pleased to see this on google.
I call a company and women done all the cleaning work, washing my cloths. They are very good do a work & having nice behaviour.

First time using a service had a previous woman who recently moved. 3 very professional women came and did a good job my only complaint would be they only swiffer(?) the kitchen and bathroom floors so i will still need to mop, I should have asked them if they could mop but when they announced after 2 hrs (good price for basically 6hrs) and asked me to check I didn’t want to ask about mopping and possibly cause $ or trouble I have now learned I need to ask about scrubbing floors even better than mopping and i only have a small kitchen and two bathrooms). Otherwise happy and would hire again and again. In addition i was worried I might have a language barrier only speaking English in Los Angeles. One cleaner was extremely fluent in english, #2 good, #3 was the only one that obviously spoke little english but like hand language she completely understood when i pointed and spoke) I almost hired a bigger co. With seemingly more reviews but imstead of googling their name or cleaning services I tried their name and reviews also reviews bad and thousands popped up. So I chose letys based solely on being in burbank and not having negative websites based on people complaining They didn’t have more tha 100 on their website which means people don’t stop to write a good review but when people are mad they can set up a website full of negative comments so if 2000 positive Anna company’s website can mean there’s 300 complainers with only 70 or 100 good reviews that’s because people mostly right when they’re going to complain but so I would recommend more people that get a good experience put a review. Helpful to unexperienced with choosing a service on the internet
