If I could give this company a ZERO, I would! They were an hour and a half late to pick up my 86 year old father who is in a wheelchair. Showed up 15 minutes AFTER his appointment time!! Every time we called they said the driver would be there in 15 minutes. LIARS!!! NO APOLOGIES from the customer service operators at any time! No logical reason for why they were late. Left on hold every time we called for an update on ETA! ABSOLUTELY DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is UNACCEPTABLE to work in the healthcare service industry and treat patients in this manner. DISGUSTING!

La peor de las compañías para transportar pacientes. Mejor llamen a 8711111 código de área 305 porque es muchísimo mejor que esta! No tienen entrenamiento de como se maneja las sillas de ruedas, muy antipáticos, las vans son muy muy muy viejas. Si ellos reciben algo del medicare y Medicaid se les tienen que exigir que apliquen las medidas que requiere el gobierno porque como van a tener a alguien que no sabe cómo funciona una silla de ruedas cargando al van una SILLA DE RUEDAS?! mi madre que tiene una operación de corazón abierto y la van era muy caliente y cada huevo en la calle hacía gritar de dolor de lo malas condiciones de la van. Y peor aún, llegan tarde y se tardan lo que apetezca porque siendo te dicen media hora más y así te tienen esperando 2 hrs extra. De verdad que horrible experiencia

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the most atrocious patient service company I have ever come across. It’s filled of unprofessionals who laugh at you behind the phone and drivers that swerve around (like plate #MIR91K.) The customer service reps and the drivers DO NOT CARE. My grandmother ended up in INTENSIVE emergency care due to the lack of care/discretion of this so called MEDICAL company.

You guys are ridiculous. I will be pursuing further matters upon the lack of attention that this so-called company has.

They will leave your loved ones for 3-4 hours waiting or just not show up. My mom is a dialysis patient and left her waiting in the COLD. Luckily I got to her after she waited so long. Worse company. Zero star service

Always Late. They just want to make money with members no show who not call to cancel. Smell like kickbacks. They didn’t care about my Mom.

Driver abandoned my 83 year old wheelchair bound uncle . The dr office closed and he was outside in the oppressive heat and humidity for 3.5 hours waiting with his caregiver.Both were dehydrated, hungry, and scared. The company rep jept telling us another 15 minutes. Finally, i drove there with my friends truck and 3 of us hoisted my uncle onto the backseat floor and drove him back to nursing home with him on the floor. At 730 pm, they called yet another time to ay driver would be on his way. They sent documentation to the nursing home that they had delivered himback to his residence which was aLIE.
