This company feels it’s utility in the city excuses poor behavior. This is the stop near my home, they do this often with needles/leaves and abandoned shopping carts, they just sweep it into the neighbors area. While needles on a sidewalk or misplaced shopping carts are low stakes, the mentality behind it is disgusting and lazy. Shame on you Mountain Line.

"Disgusting display of humanity"
Most of my experiences with this bus company have been good. Except for today. Today I had a corn ball supervisor with obvious control issues stand at the bus stop next to me as though I wasn't getting on the bus. When I got on the bus and paid for the fare she acted like she was there for "sunglasses" then turned around and went back to her Job. This was a disgusting display of humanity. I couldn't imagine having to spend more than a minute around this traitor to existance. Let alone work for this corn bag. I feel bad for all the drivers that work for her. Horrible job on her behalf.

I really do like the superior service they provide. 99% of the drivers are very friendly and helpful, making sure with reminders regarding your destination. One evening on Rt. 66 the drivers quick reaction and expertise prevented the bus from a potential crash, (it was not the bus drivers fault at all). I feel safe and well accommodated riding Mountain Line. Even if you have personal transportation, give it a try.

Drivers need to use common sense when theres icy roads. I realize they want everyone to yield to them when they are pulling onto traffic. I was almost to bus's bumper when he decided to pull out, roads were too icy for me to stop & i had to swerve into turning lane. He started to pull out then stopped so i was continuing to go around, then decided to go ahead & pull out & i had to hit my brakes which caused me to slide before swerving into turning lane.

Very impressive bus system for a town with such a small population spread across a preposterously sprawling area. While I wish the airport was served, the coverage is otherwise quite ample & the buses come with surprising frequency. In a town that is absolutely indifferent to the needs and safety of pedestrians, the sidewalks near bus stops are the only ones that are reliably cleared of snow in residential areas. I'm grateful that a town that has been designed exclusively around the needs of the automobile nonetheless offers such a terrific alternative that there is little excuse for the vast majority of people to continue to drive.

So happy with the service. But some drivers are not disability friendly. I ride with my husband who is on a rolling walker, only Dave will put down the ramp so he can roll in the bus. Other than that I have to get off to get him down safely.

Super-friendly multitasking staff who greets you in between time sensitive calls. Be prepared to wait, be interrupted, but get your question or problem solved by a pro. They may come across as terse at times, but understand that this is because there's only one person handling dispatching, visitors and all incoming calls, at once!

I’m an NAU student, and I didn’t want to pay $500 for a parking pass, so I rely heavily on the 10 bus to get to and from campus. It’s currently finals week, and they’ve slashed the buses to once every 40 minutes (normally once every 10), which is absolutely outrageous. Almost seems like a scam with NAU through which they’re trying to force students to purchase their overpriced parking passes. The drivers are great and friendly, but administratively, their operations are disgusting and hurt students like myself who just want to go to school.
