I continually request rides to my medical appointments. I have set appointment times that I have had to be on a waiting list sometimes 3 or more months in advance. If I am late I forfeit my scheduled appointment and need to reschedule. I cannot keep doing that for my health.

I don't know why the drivers never show when they are supposed to be here.

There must be some way to get the drivers here. When they have showed up by the correct time I give the drivers excellent reviews. The drivers are pleasant, thoughtful and accommodating.

The transportation app is an excellent way to schedule rides. It's easy and quick to use.

Too bad getting drivers here isn't as excellent.

This company left my mother stranded in her wheelchair after a doctor's appointment for almost three hours. I called to check the status every 30 minutes but the dispatch was completely unsympathetic and couldn't tell me what happened but just requested another ride every time I called. They accidentally(?) hung up on me twice. Shockingly bad experience which sounds pretty consistent with the MANY other online reviews I had time to read while I waited with my mother for hours in a doctor's office waiting room.

I work for an SMI clinic that sadly has to work with this travesty of a company. Members waiting upwards of 4 hours for a cab ride that takes 10 minutes. We've seen drivers arrive, soft stop then leave marking the ride as a no show. Drivers canceling rides multiple times. Many of our case managers have opted to personally getting Ubers and lyfts to get members home paying out of pocket to do so.
I never thought I'd say it, but... I miss veyo.

Class action lawsuit is needed and I'm the one who will be looking into it. THIS IS MEDICAL!!! Had to give 1 star because ZERO isn't an option. I have called 5 times this morning because the representatives don't know how to work the phone systems after being placed on hold. The issue today (and there's an issue almost every time I call) is that they do not show me as eligible since July 11th even though I used the service on 7/12, 7/13, and was dropped off this morning for my appointment but now I can't seem to get my return trip so I am stranded here with no ride home 14 miles away. I spoke to 4 reps that dropped the call in error. I AM scheduled or I wouldn't be here now. MTM began calling me at 4am for my 5:45am ride which is ridiculously early. I don't need a wake up call an hour and 45 minutes prior to my pick up time!!! So if I received the wake up call at 4am, got in the vehicle at 5:45am how can they say I don't have a ride scheduled. They are now telling me I have NO RIDE HOME? I have a heart condition and cannot walk 14 miles! This happened a week ago and I had to ask a stranger for a ride home. Thank God I am alive. They dropped me off 3 miles from home where I was able to ask the city bus driver to let me on with no money. Looks like someone needs an attorney!!

Reserved a ride more than 48 hours in advance. Morning of appointment, I did not get any calls from MTM for pick up. I called three times, each time representative tells me they are still looking for a driver. Last call was 20 minutes before appointment and still no service.
This company is not trustworthy. They are probably taking insurance money without servicing the insurance customers.
This city has an abundant of transportation service companies, it is not acceptable to listen to the representation mention they cannot find transportation for my father. I was left stranded at home, searching for a last minute attempt to get him to his appointment. Disgusted!
Some one has to look into this malpractice, taking insurance money and providing no service.
I have yet to receive any calls from them to explain their lack of service.

STAY AWAY!!! Would give a 0 if I could. They have left my mom stranded MULTIPLE TIMES for her dialysis, either to take her or pick her up. My sister has confirmed times with them and they still don’t show up. They have horrible service and would not recommend to anyone.

Only giving one star because I can't give 0.

This company is horrific at giving rides ON TIME to scheduled medical and behavioral health appointments. They don't arrive to pick you up to take you to your appointment before the appointment time, so you will always be late, if they make it to you on the same day at all.

You can call to confirm the night before, they tell you yea, it's there and they will see you tomorrow, and then it's all lies. Always lies. I genuinely don't know how they're in business at all. Oh right, it's cause we can't control who the insurance hires.

I scheduled trip weeks in advance. A few days out I called to confirm and found my trip was canceled. I spent hours getting help , then had to get my Insurance to intervene. Was told all was set. Next morning no car, 2 hours on hold , too late for appointment. Stress, anger, disappointment. Cannot depend or them.
