Super fast service. Everyone I talked to was professional. From the time I requested a qoute to the time my vehicle was delivered to destination, everything was seamless. And very timely. I asked about how long everything may take. However in my experience everything happened much faster then expected. Super grateful for National Auto Shipping. I will use again if needed .

I decided last week to ship my car from Miami, Florida, to New Jersey. I was recommended to contact Avi at National Auto, and he didn't disappoint. He was very responsive, did not pressure, was very clear with his terms, and was extremely accommodating for pickup and delivery options. From reserving the move > to pick-up and finally delivery…their communication & customer service was 1st CLASS all the way!!! Never work with this company. They will make false price quotes promises and customer service will never answer any questions and never follow through with anything they say, so literally nothing ever got accomplished. My rep was unavailable and always busy. You get zero help. Also, there are no adjustments allowed to delivery but Then they forced me with no other option to pick up 2 days early from contract dates which left me stranded with no car. I am disabled and on oxygen. Very Bad Business

Quick to respond back with a quote. Very professional. We had a Harley picked up by them in northen IL to be shipped to southern OH and the dealership was impressed with the set up. Enclosed trailer and friendly. Had next day delivery and gentlemen I agreed was friendly and took care of getting our bike on the driveway. Had a lack of English, but didn't bother me. He made sure everything was taken care of. HIGHLY recommend and would use them again!

All my friend transported their vehicles with National Auto Shipping ,and for my first time when I needed something transported ,they helped me as well. It went very smooth ,good communication,fair price and very good drivers.
