They were on time (early actually as they saw the weather was going to get bad) and were so helpful loading all our luggage, plus wheelchair and walker for 10 people. Merv was super friendly and compassionate especially with my 88 yo dad who has mobility issues. Merv was at the airport when we arrived back in Orlando at 1 a.m. from our trip. Again he was exceptionally helpful, kind and compassionate as we got off our 18 hour flight. Highly recommend this company and will be using them in future travel!

Sasha, his team, and especially our driver George were amazing. We booked them roundtrip to take us to Port Canaveral and unfortunately Hurricane Milton and mechanical issues delayed our departure time of our cruise. We requested a later pickup time and Sasha and George were all so responsive, flexible, professional and kind. We got off early and the ride was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be using this team again, my group of 12 appreciates you!!

Excellent service. This is the second time I used Orlando on Wheels and I will use them again when I visit Orlando. Kia meet us at baggage claim and helped get the luggage to the car and loaded it up. She had ice cold water for us and it was an easy relaxing experience.

The organization provided timely responses to all questions and accommodated our special needs. The reservation process was easy and communication prior to our pick up was timely and appreciated. Our driver, George, provided exceptional service and wad warm and friendly. We highly recommend this service.

Booked ahead of time for arrival around 10:00PM. Flight was delayed and ended up landing at 12:30AM. Not to worry - Deen was there and met us at baggage claim. He was great to talk to and we had wonderful conversation from Orlando Airport all the way to Cape Canaveral. Highly recommend using their services when in the Orlando area.
