The Tech team at Burbank Pep Boys has maintained great auto crew over 20 years of service I have used them. When I went in for help for our 3 cars with my extended family, we got great service again. We appreciate the thorough care and safety elements they have brought to our attention,, in addition to routine maintenance. If your car requires 5w40 oil don’t go there for an oil change because all they have is 5w30 and they will tell you it’s fine. Plus reading the review from the guy who was charged $950 for I don’t know what and he said he will take pep boys to court. The owners response was very shocking. He either didn’t understand that the customer was not happy with the service or he was just mocking the customer. I don’t think this place will stay in business very long. It’s like pep boys is just a jiffy lube on steroids 😂

Visited this location recently and their service was great. Leo and Andy did a great job to accommodate my cra's service. Ordered some tires that needed to be delivered to their location. They called me the next day and did the new tire installation. The crew is professional and courteous. Didn't take long to do the service and the car was returned to me shorter than then time line they estimated.Over all great service and wonderful people to work with. Thank you Pep Boys in Burbank

Andy and alexis took excellent care of me. They were so polite and provided great care. Alexis went above and beyond and explained all and gave me a coupon. This will be my new mechanic. Also i called ten different local mechanics and pep boys eas the cheapest.
