UPDATE: They emailed me saying there was a system glitch which didn't load one of my paystubs into the system, which in turn has the wrong YTD on my last 3 paystubs. Again this is what I was trying to explain to your employee that answers the phone, but yet she wouldn't listen. What she was telling me was completely incorrect.

I dealt with this company when I did payroll for a small business that used them. You can never get passed the one that answers the phone because she won't let you talk to someone who understands accounting. Her calculations were wrong and tried to argue with me multiple times that she wasn't. Finally, after being persistent, I got to speak with the person that is our contact, who then said that the calculations on that end were wrong. They did correct the issue. I now have my W2 from the company I was working with, and my last paystub is almost $1500 off from the W2 I received. After several phone calls with the employee that answers the phone and emails, she still tries to tell me that what she sent me is what is correct. It is not. I demanded to speak to the owner or the person of contact and she told me that I can only talk to her. Do not use this company if you want your payroll correct and your employees W2 correct.
